Work trip and trainning
Reviewed By Eudoxio BI've stayed in Le Lazaret for 2 weeks during a work trip. I was doing a training related to my work. I liked it very much. It was good for staying. There are good confortable spaced bedrooms. There are good rooms for meetings. It is next to the beach and there is an direct acess to this. The breakfast is good... the lunch and dinner, despite the difference between it and Brazil's culinary, is ok. I recommend it.

Here we are, Magnus and Outi Karlsson. We are the a couple who made our dreams come true, by leaving Sweden with all friends, family and work and opened a bed and breakfast in a little village in Languedoc, south France. Saint Nazaire de Ladarez is a little village with wine growers like the other villages in this area. It is only 30 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea with miles of sandy beaches. We offer five double rooms in our house and ine appartement , All of them are ensuite. We have a restaurant in the old wine cellar, where Outi cook her own style cooking mixed with the French flavor. The area offers everything from relaxation to sports. Kayaking, wine tasting, biking, hiking, golfing and motorbiking. Well, this list can go to any lengths, it is only your imagination which sets the limit.You made our dream come true and made us convinced to keep on with this.
Spent five days here while harvesting at Domaine la Lauzeta last week.
Reviewed By rachelhillsYou will be made very welcome here, Magnus and Outi looked after me so well including getting breakfast ready for 6.30 each morning! I have eaten dinner here in the past and the food was delicious. The garden is a restful place at the end of a busy day too.

Reviewed By PollyFranceThe studio apartment was adequate, clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a self catering stay. Parking fine and we knew the location was quite far from town as we had stayed here many times before, when it was a Mercure hotel. We had a discount when we booked through booking.com and if we had paid full price would have been very disappointed. Had a nice enough welcome from reception on arrival, but it was not pointed out to us that if we arrived back after 11pm we would be locked out. On the welcome brochure there is a code. We did not expect the whole building to be in darkness 11.05 pm on a July evening. We rang the bell no answer and after 20 minutes another resident arrived and let us in. We were very concerned that there was nobody on the premises (or nearby even) in the event of an emergency, fire etc. Very poor and also all information in French offering no other language and there are very many Dutch, German, British and Spanish on holiday !!

Lovely home to stay
Reviewed By Rory EWe had a fabulous 2 night stay over the May Bank Holiday. Lovely big room (Nennette), extremely clean but what made it was the hospitality from Miriam and her husband Didier who made everything at breakfast from scratch apart from the eggs which came from the chickens outside. My fiancee made the booking and I have just noticed you could have arranged dinner at the house for 25 euro. I would have done this had I have known, next time! Didier is quite the chef! Very Ethical Owner
Reviewed By EddieOnTourWe had booked to go to Macerata to see the opera. Verona was cancelled and all our flights to Italy were cancelled. We decided to drive from Algarve to Italy and Domaine De Bailheron was going to be one of our enroute stops. So we booked the night's stay. Literally 2 minutes after making the booking we received a call to advise that 2 out of 3 operas were cancelled. We immediately sent an email to the owner asking if we could cancel our booking as no point in a 5,000km round trip for one opera. The owner kindly agreed to cancel our booking when she did not have to. We booked this property based on the feedback on how good a host the owner was,. All we can say is that while we have never met Yolande we can certainly say she is very ethical. If we are not able to fly to Macerata next year we will definitely stay here if we have to drive.

Reviewed By Jordey VGreat place for families, in the woods so all travels are with by car, upside is that the price is very affordable and luxurious. Good clean pool and great staff. The houses have air conditioning, microwave a complete kitchen and a nice balcony to sit and eat outside.

Reviewed By katseyes56Une semaine de vacances passée dans le camping où l'on est tout de suite pris en charge par le personnel souriant pour accéder à notre mobil home, équipé prévoir juste les draps et les serviettes . Le site est superbe, entre la ville de Sète et Agde. Sortir à pied de notre mobil home et accéder à la plage en 3min..Des activités pour toute la famille sans oublier la piscine (les enfants ont adoré !!) , la soirée avec les activités préparées par les animateurs sympathiques, on a pu danser avec les enfants et prendre un ti cocktail. Une mention spéciale pour l'espace bien-être, mon mari m'a offert un moment de détente, 1h de massage avec un personnel si bienveillant, rien de tel pour démarrer une semaine de vacances détendue !! Un très bon camping !!

Third time for us!
Reviewed By 30candcKnowing what to expect probably helps and so we found checking-in a simple process. Processing at the main entrance was fast and efficient not least as Alicia had warned them of our arrival. We then settled our outstanding balance with Riads and headed for our mini apartment in Port Venus. We prefer to have our room in a quiet location and it had all been recently refurbished. Not that we bothered, but we could have easily self-catered. Breakfast thankfully goes on until 12am so our late nights could have equally late starts. We also enjoyed sitting at one of the larger tables as it was a good way to compare notes with others, or just to meet other like-minded couples who enjoy the swinging lifestyle. And if you feel the need to go further, then the evening parties and music were serious fun! Sure, you can stay in cheaper places or self cater, but Riads is really worth a try.
