Not worth your money
Reviewed By chowzinhaPros: Close to Dragon Tiger Tower and other temples (it's in walkable/bikeable distance or by taxi with cheap fare). Nice reception and bakery. Cons: It's way too pricy for what they have to offer and breakfast service is slow and overall bad. The rooms are dirty and dingy. Everything has stains on (bedsheet, blankets, pillows, curtain, headboard, walls, towels, bathroom floor/walls etc). The rooms smelled weird and it got worse once AC was turned on. The vents are visibly dirty and moldy. Wi-fi is not stable and might not work all the time or depending on the room you're in. Toiletries were very limited, having only the very basic such as toothpaste and toothbrush, comb, razor and shower cap. There's no soap available for washing hands after using the toilet. For shower soap and shampoo, there were those big bottles fixed on the wall, but they don't refill those either, so basically nothing to use for showering. After a shower, the entire room was FLOODED by the water that came from the wall that divides the room and the bathroom (it also happened in other rooms, which I was told by other people from my travel group). When the reception was told about the occurrence, they only offered to dry up the room. If I hadn't demanded to switch rooms, they would have left us in the same one. Breakfast was chaotic and a disaster. The weekend I stayed was booked solid and even though the hotel was aware of this, they did not prepare for the crowd. They ran out of food really quickly and it wasn't promptly refilled. Even though people went to the restaurant early, they still had to wait quite some time for the food, which eventually made some of us late for our early appointments. They went on their usual, non-busy pace, not caring for the high demand. While having breakfast, waiters would loudly argue with each other, yelling across rooms.

Nice & Simple Hotel
Reviewed By Laurence1631There's no reception desk in this hotel, only a bar at ground floor. So on the first day when we arrived at the hotel passed midnight, we had to pay NT400 for service fee to check-in. Need to plan your arrival time if you don't want to waste extra money. We had booked the big room with slide. We love it very much, especially our daughter. The room is nicely decorated, bed is comfy, spacious toilet. Just not enough space in the room to put our shopping stuff. Location of hotel is good, only 5min. walk to nearest mrt station. And it's within walking distance to Ruifeng night market.

Clean despite located not so cool
Reviewed By OldfeiDespite close to the High Speed Rail station, it is not so friendly that a short taxi ride is needed. Other than that the room is clean, neat and tidy. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They could help you out to make a call for taxi ride efficiently. The breakfast gives you a nice taste of local food. I would recommend to this hotel to people who drive or those who don't mind getting there by taxi. This hotel is located close to Taiwan's largest Confucius Temple and also the Lotus Pond, it would be a interesting experience to explore Taiwanese temples.

Very friendly hotel near the Lotus Pound
Reviewed By Nicolas NThe hotel has rooms with or without windows. I prefered with a window, even if the street is noisy. The rooms have excellent curtains (you are not disturbed by the lights) and the windows are strong and reduce the noices. Room and especially bathrooms are spatious. Such a nice staff. They aslmos brought me unto tears by their kindness. But they really deserve courses of English.

Nice and Good Size!
Reviewed By RChuaThere are two room sizes in this apartment building. Four floors in total. There is one room on the ground floor and two rooms each on each landing. One two bedder and the other is a four bedder. The rooms are of good size, enough space for everything. We had a comfortable stay. I took one star away because there is no lift... so if you are staying on the 4th floor, be prepared to lug your luggage up.

Reviewed By IanHuang古厝但有重新整理過，以舊場域營造氛圍，很多細節看得出來用心，環境乾淨住宿空間不小，寬敞的中庭用來朋友聚會或用餐都合適，白天、晚上拍照都好看，生活機能佳，著名景點蓮池潭步行約6-7分鐘，路邊停車位約3-5分鐘，有機會會再來住，也相當推薦親友入住。
