Reviewed By aimz0223Dirty!!! This hotel is not in the best location and was filthy. The hotel was dirty with water leak stains in the ceiling. The couch had water stains and some kind of other stains to where you couldn't sit on it. The floor needed to be vaccummed and have stains all over it like paint or bodily fluid. No one tells you that this isn't a great location in not the best area. Drive 5-10 miles east for a better location

Reviewed By awh825Room comfortable on first floor but bathroom door would not close properly. People in the room above us making noise until 2 or 3 am, voices in hallways until very late at night. No breakfast available due to remodeling. Will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Reviewed By pnelso878300It was very unclean. No breakfast like advertised. Staff not very friendly. Housekeeper very unprofessional was in street clothes and complaining about how she gets paid. No one answered the phone at the front desk when I called about something.

The three front desk ladies (one was the assistant manager in-training at the time I stayed) that took care of me when I arrived were some of the nicest and funniest hotel staff I have ever encountered. The one even gave me a free pop from the hotel market later that same evening! Other than that, the room was very spacious and clean. Was given a choice of floor. King bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with waffles, toast, eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurt......I will definitely stay at this property any time I find myself in the Grand Rapids area.

Reviewed By charlottecountycthe pictures are doctored,the room was dirty,the tv did not work right,no local channels,had to buy a roku just to watch something decent.now fox news just cnn.the breakfast is a lie,its only a coffee and a muffin.the bathroom drains did not work,sink and tub over flowed.they keep kicking every thing off of wifi.bums are every where in the parking lot.people have been shot in this area.parking lot and grounds are littered with trash.my wife was almost hit in the parking lot by a driver with no lights on.Wyndham should be embarrassed for this piece of crap.worst hotel we ever stayed in.oh and the pool out side was filled in with dirt.

Reviewed By kasandraballYou could probably get a disease being here. Do not come here under any circumstances unless you enjoy sleep on someone else’s body fluids. It’s more for turning tricks than sleeping/vacation. They don’t clean and their was poop on the toilet. Just absolutely disgusting!
