Pricing is perfect, atmosphere is great, service is wonderful, and rooms are well kempt and clean. Will be staying here any time I travel to the dells ?

Reviewed By Stacia KOur room was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Room cost was little steep but included a hot continental breakfast with several options, which was a major factor in our choosing this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable beds budget hotel
Reviewed By msreview22It was great for a budget hotel. I'd stay again for the cost. It's older but we were there for a soccer tournament and barely in the room so it worked well. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker but I did find coffee down the hall!

AC didnt work room 80 degrees
Reviewed By breshippertThe room was not vacuumed, there were empty bottles in the room on the table and the ac didnt work it was over 85 degrees and my one and two year old cried the entire night because they were so hot. All rooms booked so no others available no discount given.

This hotel falls right in line with that theme offering both indoor and outdoor pools with multiple slides. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is your standard hotel continental breakfast, more than adequate.

No room service is the default
Reviewed By amylim0822There was no room service during our stay. Used towels and garbage was never taken care of. We did not know until before we check out that due to shortage of staff, we had to call front desk to request the room service to get the service. This is unacceptible. They are taking advantage of fully paying guests when the room service should be given by default. Hotels in Chicago reimbursed us for skipped room service but this hotel refused to give us any compensation. Also the soundproofing system was terrible. We could not sleep because of the mere sound from turning water for the shower in the next room or next room guest talking over the phone which should be regarded normal noise. Overall we are not so happy with the stay.

Reviewed By Mrsfoxxy1Imagine planning your daughter's sweet 16 birthday party with 10 of the most important people in her life and you buy groceries before you leave home you buy groceries when you get to Wisconsin Dells and you open the refrigerator and the ice cream that you use to celebrate with cake ice cream is all melted the fall is falling salmon lobster crab legs all of that is just gone to waste because the refrigerator is not cooling and you find this out after you've went out all day walking around and enjoying yourself and you can't even cook the food for your daughter that she wanted for her birthday so then I imagine they bring you another refrigerator and you go back out and think that you can buy some more ice cream and some more food and wake up again and the ice cream is melting all over and all the salmon is full and the chicken is for again so no I do not recommend this place and I really would like my money back then I'll called all day Sunday to get tissue and another set of towels no one answered the phone at all at all I had to go out that towels and toilet tissue Like what did I pay for The whole experience was subpar no accommodations just horrible

Amazing view from our room
Reviewed By Rox3anneWe paid a bit extra to get the balcony and the view was amazing. The room was really clean and nice. They have free laundry on site so if you want to pack light you can and just do some laundry right there, just bring some detergent. The dryer takes a very long time so plan out the laundry, almost 2 hours to dry a load. The only thing I would suggest is have awnings or something covering the bottom floor balcony. While we were there it did rain more days than sunshine, so we could not sit out on the balcony as the first floor did not have a covering. So I did not get to enjoy the balcony as much as I would have like, and that is sad because I paid the extra. Even if the table had an umbrella that would have worked. Overall I will go back again, but when i get a balcony I will suggest a second floor or higher as those are covered.
