Appartement 2 à 5 PERSONNES Lit deux places Canapé convertible deux places 45 m² + terrasse de 10 m² Nos appartements sont idéaux pour une famille avec enfants. Ils ont été pensés de manière à les rendre conviviaux et chaleureux. Leurs couleurs apaisantes et leur ambiance exotique vous plairont à coup sûr. Côté pratique, ils possèdent un séjour avec canapé convertible pour deux personnes, Un salon d’été avec canapé, meuble de rangement et TV et WIFI. Une cuisine équipée de plaques chauffantes, réfrigérateur, four, lave-vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Une salle de bains avec douche, vasque et lave-linge. Un nécessaire de ménage, table à repasser et banc pour le salon d’été, ainsi qu’un salon de terrasse. Remarque : le linge de table et de toilette ainsi que les draps sont fournis.
Not quite what I was expecting...
Reviewed By iamallovertheplaceStayed here for 1 night during my recent Velodyssey cycling trip through France. I booked this ahead without reading the small print. This is not a hotel, but an apartment block, so there is no reception, but I call to the number on the sign brought out a friendly lady (let's call her the caretaker) from another apartment who showed me to mine. The room was fine, if a little basic and there was a nice local pastry as a welcome gift. I later realised that bedding/toiletries were an optional extra, so went to see the caretaker to obtain some. I took the opportunity to mention that I had an small invasion of 'les formis' and she came to take a look. As a result, I was moved to another vacant apartment which was similarly fine. I was let off the bedding charge for my inconvenience. All a bit haphazard, but if I had realised it wasn't a full service hotel, I likely wouldn't have stayed here - I am sure it would be fine for a longer, better-prepared stay. Regardless of all that, the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach & restaurants and about a mile from the town centre.

Reviewed By bobdevonThis resort is definitely not value for money. Room - The size of a UK prison cell. No Air Con. No balcony. No glasses. No Kettle. No cups. No tea or coffee. No hairdryer. One chair (basic plastic, very uncomfortable). The beds were like children's (very low and uncomfortable for adults). Walls were paper thin (every movement made by the occupants next door could be heard). Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. In order reduce the temperature to one which was comfortable for sleeping, the only window in the room had to be opened. This entered in to a noisy area immediately above the area bar. In addition, the sound from the nearby clubs and bars did not end until 02.00, so sleeping was very difficult. Overall this is the worst "hotel" I have ever stayed in. The area outside of the "hotel" is very nice with lots of great place to eat and drink. In addition, there are some nice beach and lakeside walks. Just do not stay in this accommodation!

Reviewed By hugolprThe place has many apartments, which is not a very reassuring thing at the beginning when you think about all those people moving at the same time. However, I was surprised by the organization of the place The apartment was clear and sober, very functional and calm. Quality of sleep is awesome, you do not hear the neighbours at all. We had a good sight of the lake, pleasant snd calm. Service was perfect, staff was helpful, smiley and fast. Only thing to note: you have to walk 10 minutes to go to the nearest ocean beach. I recommend this place.

First Time In Vieux Boucau
Reviewed By TwinFinTomosJ.O.J and hungry the shuttle from Biarritz arranged by Atlantic Surf Lodge was straight forward and the driver was a legend, even stopped off at a near store so I could grab some food. I booked a week's stay package in Dormitory and was sharing with some cool guys that happened to become good surf pals. The room was clean and spacious I couldn't have asked for more out of a dorm. Opting for the Breakfast and lunch break deal worked out perfect. I could get a good tasty bite before my surf & pack my lunch to take with me for an after the surf snack. I didn't go for the dinner plan as I love to eat out and try different places but it always smelled so good. One night when my table got doubled booked at a nearby restaurant, the guys at the lodge served me up a great veggie curry and saved the night. I will be back again to get some more surfing tips from the boss Uli, even though I wasn't doing the surf packages he was always happy to help and did it with a smile even after my 50th question about the local breaks.
