Reviewed By marionm111We checked in for 4 nights from 17th January and really enjoyed our stay. Facilities were excellent. Room very comfortable,bed super, lovely bed linen. Shower facilities great and nice white towels. Seating area and couches very comfortable and also very clean. Great heating option which we appreciated as weather was cold. Breakfast great, very good hot and cold selection and staff member who served us was particularly positive, helpful and attentive. Hosts were very welcoming and attentive also. Room was cleaned daily and kept at a high standard. TV selection poor unless you speak Spanish. Weather was cold and so we didn’t get to appreciate the pool and other outdoor facilities.

Wonderful landlord, great house
Reviewed By HSV1887HHPerfect house for people who want to relax. Only 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to supermarket/ pharmacy/ little shops and there are also numerous smaller shops nearby. The house is clean, big, has a spectacular view and is well equipped.

Wow what a find
Reviewed By wenlavWe've recently returned from a week in CasaTiffany, our first visit , and as the title says wow what a find. I agree totally with everything stated in the 14th September review. We were also in the deluxe suite which is absolutely beautiful, Jules eye for interior design is fantastic , which extends right through the property. Straight out of the patio doors and you are onto the lovely pool area, with not only sunbeds but various other seating areas which was ideal for my hubby as he doesn't like sunbeds. Jules and Brian are lovely people who go out of their way for their guests, and soon become friends rather than hosts. We really enjoyed the breakfasts with plenty of choice, and quantity, and the weather was great so was able to eat outside, What a way to start the day. We loved the freedom of having a car, not something we normally do drive on holiday, but it is a necessity and was not a problem at all. As previous review we have booked to return, and hope we can continue to visit this fabulous place.

Great for what we wanted
Reviewed By Sheryl WWe stayed in villa #7. Was perfect for what we wanted. Didn't bother with paying extra for the pool to be heated as we were mostly exploring Tias and the surrounding areas. Towels were provided for the bath/shower and a hair dryer in one of the two bathrooms. The tv stations are mainly German but found a few channels with music (43) and family entertainment shows on. The beds are a bit too hard so I didn't sleep most nights but no complaints from the rest of the family. Great pool area to eat breakfast and watch the aeroplanes come and go as well as the sunrise. If your not into walking great distances don't be put off staying here as there is public transport and taxis a stones throw away

Lovely for four people, but not for eight!
Reviewed By 1234emmaClean, spacious, private driveway if you have a car, good communication from host. Villa does have four bedrooms, but two are in the basement, only high level windows , damp wall and no air con, sorry to say it felt like going to jail. I felt bad about leaving my children stuck down there, suggesting we all sleep upstairs. Quite a walk to the front strip, we relied on taxis or scooters. No pool net and the pool wasn’t cleaned daily, meaning one windy day it was unusable.

Reviewed By geoffpumaI have had the pleasure of visiting Secret Chill Villa MANY times over the past 20 years and can't recommend it highly enough!..The hosts, Lynne (great Yoga teacher!) and Patrick always go out their way to make me welcome and the many delights of Lanzarote make every visit a total joy!... I was due to return to UK on Sunday after a 2 week visit, but decided to extend my stay by a further 2 weeks in view of the current terrible Covid situation...That really says it all!...

Location, cleanliness, service, amenities! :D :D Thanks Pablo we really enjoyed our time in the apartments and you were so helpful. When we arrived there was a great big plate of fruit, beers and wine in the fridge and so much more. It was great!

Matteo è un host gentilissimo e premuroso, disponibile per ogni evenienza. Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione molto silenziosa e tranquilla, a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto e comodissima per raggiungere qualsiasi punto dell'isola.
