Staff, location, food, pool, hot tub, rooms, amenities, cleanliness…after an unfortunate Airbnb situation, I am SO glad I decided to pack up and stay here. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but the experience was 100% worth it. I promise you!! Pieter (?) at the Manor is the absolute BEST!!! He makes you feel like you are at home or out hanging out with a friend. He told me all about the hotel and WPB. Amazing location, across the street from The Square. Can’t say enough good things!!

Lots of deferred maintenance- shower broke and mgt would not fix
Reviewed By RcrjsThis was our third stay in about the past two years. No issues previously and enjoyed the views and spacious rooms with kitchenette. We did notice deferred maintenance in the rooms (cracked tiles, work out bathroom fixtures etc) and thought the place could use a refresh. This time the shower broke the evening we arrived for an overnight stay. The manager would not move us to another room nor would she call a place to get the shower fixed so we were forced to check out at 8:30pm and find a room elsewhere. Management’s attitude was indifferent and no offer to help find alternative accommodation was made. We won’t be back.

The staff was warm & welcoming. Breakfast items were constantly being turned over to stay fresh & the dining area was clean as well. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything from the arts district to the ocean and all the restaurants & shops in between.

They took the time to explain everything about the resort and answered all of our questions. They have a texting service that was an added bonus and also checking in with us during our stay. The room was beautiful and very clean with everything we needed. The beach and pool attendants were continually checking on us at the beach and pool to see if we needed anything while there. The lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach was perfect. The restaurant, Latitudes, was so delicious with such great service that we ended up eating all our meals there and never left! The staff at Delray Sands went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service making my family never want to leave. We have already reserved our next vacation at Delray Sands Resort!

Reviewed By Voyage34656891596Stayed for 6 days in March with my husband and 19:year old daughter. Great beach. paying an extra $20 a day for a third beach chair is excessive. We had 3 charges to our room that did not belong to us and it took an hour for front desk to go through every receipt for the days the charges occurred - the same person made all 3 charges to the wrong room. Hotel removed parking from our bill as a good will gesture. The guys working on the beach were excellent.

Reviewed By NaturallyOrganizedMy friend and I took our daughters to a concert and decided to just book a room for the night. The lobby area looks clean and pleasant. After reading reviews, I requested a top floor room on the pool side of the building, since that was the most quiet side. When I checked in, the front desk attendant told me they didn't have any 2 queen bed rooms on that floor on that side of the building, but that he could upgrade us to a king suite at no extra charge. This room had a king bed and pull-out sofa bed. I arrived just after 4pm. As my daughter and I were getting settled in the room, she heard screaming. We thought there was a child in the hall, but it was someone in the room next door (or close by) having screaming sex. Right about that time, my friend and her 12 yo daughter arrived to hear the "adult activities" going on in there. It was extremely unpleasant to say the least! As for the rest of the room- one remote didn't work, and there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa. Before we left for the concert, we requested the bedding and the remote was replaced. However, when we went to make the sofa bed, we only had one sheet and a blanket. I had to go downstairs to get the top sheet and pillows. We got back to the room around midnight and prepared for bed. My friend and I pulled back the covers on the king bed and discovered that the duvet cover (top and bottom, inside and out) was full of hairs of all different lengths. It is clear that the covers are not regularly laundered, which is gross. Part of health and safety protocols is to wash linens at high temperatures. If we had been there for more than one night, we would have moved to a different room or hotel. It was just a place to lay our heads after a long night. I'm not sure if I would return to this hotel. I understand that times are tough, especially when it comes to staffing, but there is no excuse for hairy bedding. And I'm not sure what they can do about the thin walls... but I certainly did not appreciate the screaming "adult gymnastics" happening next door.

My son had a personal situation during his stay at the hotel, and Edgar and Chanelle were instrumental in getting the nightmare to end amicably. I would highly recommend.
