Reviewed By marksB7321SCThis is a great place to stay. Very, very clean and all the amenities were in working order. I did not use the pool or hot tub but the area seemed to be very clean. If you are going to Stillwater, you need to book your stay here! They also have a bar on the fourth floor called to Loft. The Oklahoma State Cowgirls and families met there after punching their ticket to the WCWS.

The hotel also offers a complimentary airport shuttle to Stillwater Regional Airport. The location is perfect because it is close to Walmart, fast food restaurants, and the bus stop.

Horrible Hotel and staff
Reviewed By mhoranburgWe initially booked this hotel because of the swimming pool and were going to have out grandchildren swim. Upon arrival at the property, we found the pool was closed, due to ventilation problems, and had been closed for over a week. We booked the hotel a few days prior and there was not a message advising of pool closure. We requested a discount on the room and were denied by the manager. The hotel manager was at the front desk training a new employee and would not acknowledge our presence when front desk staff asked for discount. The manager was not interested in offering any compensation or apology for pool being closed. Ice machines were not working on the floor we stayed on. he next day we left our room to come back in the afternoon to find our room had not been cleaned or fresh towels left. We made contact with a housekeeper and was told we had put a "Do not disturb" sign on our door and was reason for not cleaning, which we did not leave sign on door. Housekeeper advised she would have someone clean the room. We left hotel again, only to return to a room which was not cleaned, nor fresh towels left. Tried calling the front desk, no answer, and had to go down to the front desk, found to members of front desk crew there. Requested room be cleaned and fresh towels, and was advised housekeeping would be up to clean room. Again room was not cleaned, but front desk person did bring fresh towels. Left message for hotel manager to make contact with us, never from him. No apologizes for our ruined stay. Do not use this hotel- management and staff have "Don't care attitudes".

Reviewed By Megan TWe were switching hotels from another local hotel in Stillwater and wanted to see a room before making a reservation and booking the room. The manager, Melissa, was kind enough to show us two rooms; both were new and clean. These weren’t “demo” rooms for show. We booked one of them and enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very pleasant and the hotel is clean. Glad we switched hotels that day!

modern hotel, nice, good front desk, bad room service
Reviewed By saulentoat the front desk they explain that the cleaning of the room must be requested from one day to the next on a rudimentary form indicating which items must be covered. obviously, we fill out the forms daily asking for cleaning of the room, change of towels, removal of garbage, but the service is provided randomly, it may come on the requested day or several days go by without fulfilling it, then you have to leave the garbage in the corridor and go down to the front desk to ask for towels or toilet paper... and so on for almost 20 days that we stayed. the management alleges, first, communication problems with the management of the area, later, lack of personnel, which is inadmissible. breakfast is typical of this type of hotel, all packaged and standard. If you are willing to go into your room and find it just as you left it in the morning, so for several days until luck touches you and they do the room for you, I fervently recommend this hotel.

We offer a fridge and microwave in all of our rooms and have an on-site bar/restaurant. BED BUGS
Reviewed By E6872MUisabellegI stayed at the Wyndham for 2 night. On the 2nd morning I found 3 bug bites on my arm. We left and as the day went on more bites showed up on my right arm, both shoulders , neck and face. I went to the doctor the next day and he told me it was bedbug bites. I called the hotel the to notify them of my bite. I was told they would investigate it and call me back the next day. They did not call back , I had to call them, they said they didn’t find anything and my “rash” was probably from laundry detergent. I have 26 bedbug bites so far. This is nothing like a detergent rash. The health department did find a bedbug carcass.The staff and general manager have refuse to give me a refund or pay for the exterminator that now has to come spray my house. DO NOT STAY AT WYNDHAM. They do not care about their customers and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. I have contacted their customer service. Wyndham corporate has also refused to take ant responsibility.

Reviewed By abcminilopsFrom lack of luggage carts to failed keycards to broken door keypads to shortage of towels & washcloths to a pathetic in-room coffee offering not much was right about our stay. A definite disappointment!

As we couldn’t sit there…..then had to go to the bar for service as all the tables around were served, not us. And yet they had 20 people working there some just standing around ?☹️

Reviewed By 310caryntMarriott overbooked this hotel and I was moved to another hotel. I was with a group for business staying one night and we only had one vehicle. The manager of this hotel did not care and split up our group with 3 staying at this hotel and 2 staying at another. They provided no transportation to the other hotel which was a half mile away and across a busy highway. We were told it was first come first serve, but one colleague booked after me and wasn't moved and we watched another person check in after us. The manager tried to blame this on the Special Olympics. They were in town, but it's not the Special Olympics fault that Marriott overbooked the hotel. There was no compensation for this major inconvenience and no apology. I would not recommend ever booking here.
