I had The rooms are very well appointed and they even have jacuzzi suites which is very rare these days. The breakfast cooks take great pride in their craft and go through great lengths to accommodate guest request. The hotel restaurant was delicious and the bartender is a true mixologist! The front desk staff was phenomenal every time I entered and exited the hotel they warmly and enthusiastically greeted me by name. The highlight of my trip was the hotel manager Oliva it was clear that the example she set for the team is why the hotel is so guest focused. She was eager to enhance our stay at every opportunity. This lady has a true spirit of hospitality that I wish could be bottled and given to more folks in the customer service business. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for such an extraordinary experience!

Reviewed By Keisha GThe room was fine. Clean. They weren’t able to grant most of the requests that we put in for. We were also overcharged for our stay and the front desk lady couldn’t explain why. They I was also asked to put down $60 more for incidentals on top of the overcharge. No too fond of that. I ordered room service and half of my order was missing and I had to call again two additional times. I would recommend dining downstairs. It’s a lot cheaper and better experience.

They Could Do Better
Reviewed By David WOn the plus side, this property is well maintained, very clean and has FREE onsite self parking. In fact, when you first walk in, it has that typical full service Marriott Hotel look. On the second day of the stay, we met a gentlemen who said he recently took over as manager of the hotel. There are some things he can focus on. First, by late Saturday, they had run out of towels. The service they primarily rely on does not deliver towels on the weekend. At the time of checkin, there was no soap for the bathroom sink. There's shower gel on the wall for the shower, but nothing for the sink The Concierge Lounge is open Sunday eve through Friday morning. Most sodas were out from Thursday through Monday mid-day No orange juice for Breakfast either. On Saturday and Sunday, upper-tier Elite members gat breakfast in the Restaurant. The selection and the quality of the offerings was pathetic. Service was not much better. On a positive note, the two ladies who run the Concierge Lounge are both very pleasant and efficient. There are two Marriott veterans who do an excellent job on the front desk as well. It was relatively cheap for a full-service Marriott. These issues could explain why. The one last point relates to Marriotts in general as well as specifically to this hotel. There was only one drawer and a completely open (no door closet). For a 4-night stay, this design did not work well. We would love to hear from the genius who thought this design was a good idea.

Reviewed By JoeAnne MOur stay was just ok it was a rush trip and this was the only place that was available with a kitchen if you call it that. Overall its close to the freeway and the parking well not so good. The area looks good but the people staying at the hotel make it look bad. Once you get over the riff raff you'll be fine. Also it has an indoor pool which is good even though we didn't have time for that.

Reviewed By JoeAnne MThis is by far the worst stay ever. The kitchen was clean but missing important items to cook and eat with. The couch was stained with white stuff and the mattress looked like people had been bleeding on it and was never covered or changed. The bedroom and the bathroom was the only things that were good. I know Sonesta can do better than this. The manager should be held accountable not the staff as they can't make changes on suggestions?
