Reviewed By jane qWe were really happy with this hotel. The rooms looked newly decorated. Staff were lovely Good breakfasts with hot food and muffins etc. Just missed any bread or bagels. Impressed they had gluten free muffins The pool was good too It was in a handy location for supermarket

Fantastic value, friendly staff
Reviewed By rawnydGreat hotel, friendly staff, with fast check-in. Nice large room with a very comfortable king size bed. Our room was very clean, the shower had lots of hot water. They had a happy hour which was a nice touch and a hot breakfast that was great, lots of choices and plenty of tables so we could distance if we wanted. Location is good with lot's of food choice within just a few minutes drive.

Reviewed By headdwellerWe stayed at Sierra Suites with our two teenagers. The place is beautiful! Courtyards with fountains, a lovely common area, heated pool and free coffee all day long! Everything was clean and high quality. The continental breakfast was good all week long with a nice variety of food. Again, did I mention the Wolfgang Puck coffee? The staff was great. Anything you need or request is no problem. Saul is the BEST! His charm and charisma really put a shine on any situation. The location was a perfect base for travel to Tombstone, Bisbee, the Coronado Memorial and so much more. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Reviewed By Penny FThe room was very clean and comfortable. We had three nights of quiet sleep. The staff was helpful and very friendly, making sure they provided us with anything we needed. In this time of worry, we felt safe and comfortable. We will stay here again.

The Sierra Inn Motel is located 2 miles from Fort Huachuca US Army Installation, and has many dining and shopping options within 2 blocks. We care on the east end of town near Walmart and many restaurants and shopping.
Decent hotel
Reviewed By 10064748The front desk person was very nice & personable. The room had a new remodeled bathroom, but the carpet was quite dirty entering the main area. No elevator & we had a cooler plus luggage & bags to haul up. We did both sleep really well. Breakfast was good.

Needs some attention
Reviewed By harryatkckAs a Choice Platinum member I have stayed at dozens of Comfort Inns & this is one of the worst I have stayed at. The Comfort Inn is supposed to be the top of the line hotel for Choice, but this was far from it. The guy that checked me in was friendly, but a smart aleck. When we got to our room the basics were there but there was a 2 foot diameter hole in our sheer curtains. There were other issues in our room like the smoke alarm hanging from the wall & the bathroom wall had several dark spots on it that looked like mold. For the hot breakfast the only meat I could find were a couple of frozen burritos that I sticked in the microwave & heated up. The other choices for breakfast were few & not as ample as you would find in other Comfort Inns. There are plenty of other nice hotels in the area. I suggest you stay in one of them & avoid this place.

Hilton was atrociously poor in making up for their failure to enable me to use points at an unusual time of early morning. They refused to reimburse me for charges by applying the points after the fact, even though Customer Service was closed by the time I tried to use points at the time of check-in.

I was having trouble joining the Hello Rewards program to get a discounted room rate and the Manager spent a great deal of time helping me so that I could get the price and get into my room after a stressful day of car trouble. The room was very clean, great pillows (!), a refrigerator with ice box, microwave, etc. Wonderful pool outside my room, plenty of parking with security cameras, ample snack offerings in the office and vending area. I was impressed by how friendly the staff were to guests and each other. Some construction is going on and that was not intrusive at all. Location is great in terms of walking to stores or food if you don't want to drive. Comfortable room temperature without loud AC noise. I can't believe it's this good for this price!

The low point of an otherwise great trip
Reviewed By Mike PI wish I had checked Tripadvisor before booking this place. The reviews on Booking.com gave an 8.4 rating. 8.4!! God knows how it managed this. I did suspect that there were better rooms nearer the front of the motel (it was not a hotel as I know it). We were dumped at three rooms at the back of the place. Cars coming & going all night & a screaming match in one room till gone 02.00. Rooms were dated, musty & one was not very clean. One room had paint stains on the carpet. Could not sleep with air-con running as sounded like a truck engine.

Very disappointing
Reviewed By Destination820069My wife and I stayed at the Windemere for 6 nights as part of a tour group. We travel a lot and it's hard to think of a more depressing place. It is clean enough but this property lacks any semblance of TLC. The heating system is a disaster; there is no way to regulate the temperature so you either sweat or freeze. Breakfast is appallingly bad: no healthy choices, out of basics such as cereal or milk, bananas showed up on day 3 and were gone by day 5 and the person manning the area could simply say "I can only offer what I have". Not even lids for the coffee cups! The front desk staff are well-meaning but clueless. We had a reservation for a king room but they gave us a queen saying that was all that was available. Yet after complaining, housekeeping found us a king in minutes. I asked for a power adapter because there are insufficient plug-ins in the rooms to handle all of our electronics and was greeted with a shrug. Even on check-out the staff had a difficult time figuring out our bill and they had to email it to me after a manager showed up in the evening. This is a very depressing and disappointing property.
