Friendliest motel experience in a long while!
Reviewed By Tom HMy wife and I were in Sheridan Wyoming for a major bike race. Dan, the front desk manager, made us feel very comfortable and welcome at check in and a few other times when we passed the front desk during our 1 day stay. He recognized us each time which is not easy to do with the number of guests they had that day. We couldn't be happier with our stay. No problems, and super easy pre-check process in using the on line check in feature. It took maybe 5 minutes at the front desk to finish checking in. Very impressed with our experience here. Will be back again at next year's bike race and no doubt will stay at the Sheridan Best Western again!

Thin walls equals no sleep
Reviewed By Sarah AEverything seemed fine until I got my kids in bed. Our neighbors arrived and I discovered that the walls are paper thin. Can hear detailed conversations in the next room. Called front desk and he was very helpful and courteous. He called and asked them to quiet down. They did a tiny bit. But I can still hear everything. And its really not their fault as far as I can see. They should have built these walls with guests privacy in mind. If you can sleep through loud talking, you'll be fine. Otherwise, don't stay here. You won't get any sleep, like me.

Reviewed By Rickytop32Room was clean, but on the small side. Walls were thin, had to wear ear plugs. Had to ask for more bath towels. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Not a bad stay, but wished we had gone somewhere else.

We can me for Oklahoma to visit the Sheridan, Big Horn Mountain area, many times, our favorite destination, We have our 55th. anniversary this year and are planning on staying there again in May, Neat old historic building, ck lean, QUIET, o not one TV in the whole place! no telephone in the rooms, my kind of place! If walls could talk, the Sheridan Inn would be worth listing to!

Reviewed By harryatkckHad a great stay here. The staff was great. At check-in we got a list of nearby restaurants that came in handy. We had a clean & comfortable room where all the amenities to include the wi-fi worked great. The pool & hot tub were relaxing. We also got a good hot breakfast. I would stay there again.
