Reviewed By RobW791Our experience staying at the four points by Sheridan in San Rafael was very positive… From the check-in with Tipany P to the rooms and facility being extremely clean to the pool and a hot tub being exceptional we loved our stay here! The entire hotel is very clean. In the morning we had breakfast at the restaurant and it was amazing and Carmen was excellent with Service. The selection for breakfast was off the charts and very fresh and excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming through the area

Easy parking but they charge $10per night. On Sunday evening could not get Uber. The size of the room was a plus . Was challenging to cool top floor room but maintenance fixed things.

The restaurant is closed, the hotel is literally deserted as management has disappeared and the phone number supplied should you need some assistance is never answered and their voice mail is full. It's creepy and empty and it should be illegal to run a hotel of this size without anyone present. We couldn't get the ceiling fan to turn off, couldn't find anyone to ask help and finally left in frustration.

Reviewed By KingMoeThe woman in charge was very sweet and kind. I was in town alone for a surgery and when leaving out for it she told me that she would pray for me. That touched me. The room was everything I needed. It was clean, comfortable and cold (ac). I was a little worried when I pulled up in my Uber due to it's closeness to the highway, but was pleasantly surprised. I was not bothered at all by any noise or anything shady. No food or drinks offered due to COVID but there was a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker with supplies. All clean and ready to be used. Didn't use the toiletries, they were too floral for me, but they are supplied. Showers were hot, couch and bed were comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. The maintenance team work hard and it shows, I'd see them work as I took daily walks. Lots of stores nearby some within walking distance. Parking right outside the rooms, seemed full at night and empty during the day... I had a lot of time on my hands lol.

Nice room, but thin walls and clogged shower drain
Reviewed By cqfp123Spent one night. The location is quiet, but the walls are very thin, and one can hear conversations in the other rooms. Fortunately it quieted down after hours. The room was attractive, spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. Room amenities included refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Plenty of conveniently located power jacks. Shower with excellent water pressure, but the drain was clogged (not with hair or anything that I could remove) - the water drained very slowly, and the base filled up quickly, so I had to turn the water off every couple of minutes to avoid overflowing. Not sure how housekeeping didn't notice if they cleaned the shower. Wifi worked well. Convenient parking.

Reviewed By smokejumper1959Price is good. If you want to shower prepare for lukewarm. Couldn't get good shower in evening or following morning. Hot water heater must be down. If you are going south on Hwy. 101 prepare for 25-30 minutes to access the highway at 0720. Probably the same until hours later. If you want a bed and a short stay, this might be your place.

Reviewed By ruthr0505Let me begin by saying I believe this is our 10th visit here. That should speak volumes. Spotless rooms on a quiet street. NO fee for your car. Super friendly and nice owners. Comfortable beds with large tv. Good wifi. Great place for day trips to all of the Bay Area! Baseball, football, Murr Woods, Napa, concerts, hikes! To go to San Francisco and avoid the tolls and parking fees and hassle we take the ferry over, Senior discount! Book early!
