Decent clean comfortable Andalucian hotel
Reviewed By 70avaWe stayed here one night when all hotels in Cadiz were either full or very expensive. Travelling time by bus to the old town of Cadiz is 20 minutes. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and appealing. The lady who runs the place is nice and helpful. There is quite a bit of free parking in the vicinity. Beds are nice and shower was excellent. A great reasonable option at a very reasonable price.

Very good hostal near Cadiz
Reviewed By Stefano672The hostal is in San Fernando, 10/15 minutes drive form Cadiz city center and it is convenient if you are looking for a cheaper place to visit Cadiz. The room is clean and confortable. Finding parking is enough easy because there is the San Fernando's Railways Station close the hostal. Very good value for money.

Expensive and generally poor
Reviewed By 698gethinhBooked a double room and was given a twin room in poor state. Showed my booking confirmation to reception and was told they had no double beds in the whole hotel and no other rooms. Bed was uncomfortable and bathroom/room was in generally poor condition. Would not recommend given the price paid. Also paper thin walls and noise from corridor.

Sucio con buenas vistas
Reviewed By manuckLo mejor la puesta de sol. En la recepción nos dijeron que teníamos vistas a la bahía y les dimos las gracias, después vimos que lo tiene el 100% de los estudios..... La ubicación, siempre y cuando no tienes planes de playa esta bien. Hay muchas opciones para comer en el centro comercial y es fácil llegar en taxi a San Fernando (4-5€) para ir a locales mas chulos. Para ir a Cadiz tienes un cercanías al lado que tarda 20 minutos y cuesta 4€ ida y vuelta. La piscina cuando funciona el filtro esta bien y tiene animación todo el día. La limpieza del apartamento es correcto. hay hormigas en el apartamento pero como ya lo vimos en comentarios anteriores y trajimos un insecticida, los eliminamos el primer día y luego tuvimos cuidado con no dejar comida fuera del frigorífico y fumigar antes de salir y no fue gran problema. Si sabes a lo que vas bien, pero si eres tiquismiquis ni se te ocurra venir. · Las instalaciones están anticuadas pero lo peor es que todo lo que sean zonas comunes están muy sucios. Lo peor fue que el primer día no funcionaba tampoco el filtro de la piscina y estaba horroroso de sucio y turbio, nos temíamos que era así porque nadie aviso, hasta que el día siguiente nos enteramos del problema que habían tenido y ya estaba el agua limpio. La parcela alrededor de la piscina y las hamacas muy sucio y ademas en los 5 días que estuvimos no se llego a limpiar ningún día, estuvieron las mismas latas y papeles y botellas de plástico y colillas tiradas en el mismo sitio todo el tiempo. La única zona que esta limpio es la que es responsabilidad del jardinero; la zona de césped así que aconsejeria que se sienten allí en el casi de ir. El baño de señoras de la piscina ni se les ocurre entrar, el primer día estaba sucio de caca y el segundo estaba ya atascadisimo de caca y papel, luego ya no lo probé mas.... una pena porque gratis no es la estancia y son muchos apartamentos y un hotel grande, entre todos los que pagan deberían poder pagar una señora de la limpieza. No hay parking, solo en la calle pero no tuvimos problemas. Hay varias luces rotas en los pasillos de las zonas comunes pero por los comentarios veo que es perpetuo. En la recepción nos dijeron que teníamos vistas a la bahía y les dimos las gracias, después vimos que lo tiene el 100% de los estudios..... Te quedas con la idea de que se han reído un poco de ti pero no pasa nada.

It's pension .. what did you expect?
Reviewed By Dario DI stayed overthere for 3 nights .. what I can say .. its a pension .. for 20euro per night was more than enough. Was clearly written shared bathroom and shower .. no problem for that. the only think that was no expected was the noise during the night (neighborhood, street, hall-noise) even during late night/morning. this is the only bad feedbqck .. for the rest .. as I said it's a pension. very basic single room, i would say 12m2 big.

A pit
Reviewed By Michelle AShocking place. It's like a prison. It's is disrepair, no wifi, the man is an arrogant angry person. It's definatly not near any beach. The pool was closed in mid June at 34 degrees. There is a huge shopping centre underneath which is obviously used by local community. The bars are empty. If you buy a beer you are not allowed to sit outside on the terrace. I got chased by the barman and it was not nice. The apartments stink and obviously not used as the smell is putrid. I took photos.
