Reviewed By GoCubs1908The service was great. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds are very comfy! I felt very comfortable staying there and would definitely return if I'm in the area. I do think it was a little pricey but other than that, it was a great stay.

Reviewed By egrayson1The hotel was conveniently located and the staff were nice. The room it’s self had dead bugs in front of the window on the floor. The room smelled like cigarettes and urine. The shower head didn’t work and the sprayer mount was broken off. The water took a long time to get hot.

Reviewed By roaminggnome10This hotel is wonderful, it has a excellent location and extremely clean. When I walked in the girl at the desk was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and there was ample parking. I enjoyed the fact that they had showers in the room instead of bathtubs, I don’t enjoy the sticky shower curtains. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone in the area.

Evidence of the buildings age is apparent here and there, however there have been/is being updated. We slept well and all interactions with employees were good. Breakfast seemed to be a bit limited- likely by the pandemic situation. Very good access right off of the highway.

Reviewed By WNContheroadagainWhile the room was clean, no staff members wore masks even though the Delta variant is prevalent in this area. Hand sanitizer stations next to the elevator on each floor were the only obvious safety measure during the pandemic. The ceiling in the bathroom has a lot of peeling paint and the bathroom fan is ridiculously loud. Our room was on the front of the hotel and road noise from I-85 was constant. The front desk staff steps outside the front entrance to smoke leaving guests to go through the smoke to enter/leave.

Reviewed By Mykimmy51Don’t recommend Holiday Inn for a vacay at all. Went to bed thinking all was well, only woke up to find BUG BITES all over Hubby’s lower legs. Inspected bed to learn that the only protection between us and the mattress was the sheer thin sheets we slept on. No mattress protector, no mattress cover, pad or anything…so bugs could have a ready-made feast! Yep, bed bugs. See photos.

She told me to call Choice to canceled reservation but she denied cancelation when communicating with Choice I'm a diamond member and former employee of a Choice Hotel THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Grossest hotel ever...DO NOT BOOK!

The place is disgusting,, smells of smoke and has likely not been cleaned in a long time. the pool looks like it hasn't been opened in years and no breakfast offered even though I asked about that over the phone and was told it was available. Walked into the room after a long journey and refused to stay as it was so disgusting, not even for one night.
