Reviewed By N6150QPemiliamWe requested a 2 twin room and instead were given a small queen room. WE are 2 single middle aged ladies that do not share small beds. The teenage manager said that he has no other rooms available and that its not his problem. We sad ok, we will take the room but still help us find a room for the nigh somewhere else. He said no its not his problem W said OK please give us a roll away. He said no he does not have roll aways. And the tone and the attitude on this kid. So we left and stopped down the block at another hotel where the manager very young as well found us a room nearby with 2 beds. The hotel has yet to learn what customer service is. No one should be abusive towards single middle aged american women!!! We dont know the are and what to do. Someone needs to help and not just claim its not my problem. Yes it is your problem for as long as I have a reservation at your hotel

Perched on a hilltop like so many others, it's a must see in the Luberon region. The owners bought this hotel less than two years ago, a married couple who are both delightful, helpful and will prepare you for the day with an incredible breakfast(it was the best of our entire month long trip) and information and directions. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony that overlooked the valley and other towns below. I dream of going back. and it was quite reasonable off season. they are opening a restaurant on the cliff across the street this summer.

Attractive quiet spot
Reviewed By apspectatorWe stayed here two nights in early July of 2019. The room was very well appointed. It had a nice patio that gave us a peaceful spot to sit at the end of the day as well as a place for coffee and croissants in the morning. Two features were quite appreciated, as it was a very hot stretch of days. One is that the room was air conditioned and the other is that there was a very nice swimming pool. At the end of the day of traveling the area we could sit near the pool and unwind with some wine and periodically swim for cooling comfort. This was a very well-located small hotel within minutes of Roussillon, where we ate most evening meals. The proprietor provided a card that allowed us to park in local resident parking lots at no additional expense. This is very much a benefit as parking is hard to fine in and around Roussillon. In addition, the location made it easy for us to see the area, including the lavender fields, the market in Sault, touring up and over Mont Ventoux, and other beautiful villages. The breakfast was also nice and included the standard fare found in hotels and B&B's in France. The proprietor/manager was very helpful.

Philippe gave impressive service as a host and the accommodations were excellent, especially if you have children (we were 2 couples). We certainly appreciated how attentive Philippe was to our needs while we were there. He arranged dinner reservations for us every night (3, over a weekend and thus more challenging) and persevered with phoning the places we chose until he succeeded. In this regard he was one of the most helpful hosts we have met on our travels over the years. His attention to our requests and making sure our needs were met was outstanding. The continental breakfast was also enjoyable, with homemade jams and cake. Philippe keeps all of the grounds and pool, as well as serving breakfast, so he was always busy yet available. This was a delightful setting for a few slow-paced days in Provence.

The B&B was perfect in every way and our hosts were amazing! They were so helpful, kind and accommodating. Thank you for your warm hospitality! Breakfasts were plentiful and made to order! Dinners served poolside at Le Cle were delicious and 5 star for sure! It was our home away from home for a week and we hated to leave! This is truly a special B&B!

Reviewed By MIchelle KOur twin room Genet. has the most breathtaking views from the beds looking out over our own private balcony. What more could you want? We were looking forward to our dinner after a long cycle with Cycling for Softies and it really didnt disappoint. The amuse Bouche was out of a Michelin star restaurant and was the standard for the rest of the meal. The beetroot with goats cheese and a pomegranate sorbet was delightful. The pigeon was cooked to perfection and the presentation was 5 star. The restaurant has a Gold star view and the breakfast was superb containing fresh strawberries, cherries, freshly squeezed orange juice, yoghurt bread and croissants. The lady on reception was so friendly and spoke brilliant English. The proprietor helped us out with a problem by phoning around for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely will revisit.

Reviewed By colin jWe eagerly anticipate a return trip to Les Passiflores this fall. On our last 3 day visit in 2014 we enjoyed great hospitality and delicious meals in a quiet setting. It was the highlight of our trip to France.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area
Reviewed By Fulhamfoodie02Our room was beautiful and clean and had a bath over looking the countryside and windows overlooking the pool. Dominique and Natalie went over and a above their duties as hosts- they took us back to our car after a wedding, allowed us to use their iron and presented us with delicious breakfasts in the garden each morning. I was very impressed by their kindness and would highly recommend staying at their gorgeous home.
