Conference rooms well equipped, staff very attentive and helpful. Maria in the events department was great in assisting with setting up our meeting rooms and selecting all food accommodations and schedule. Would recommend location for future events.

A New Low In High Fees
Reviewed By dgs5536I've seen a lot of fees added on my bill in my day, but this one takes the cake. We were charged $7 a day to park in the hotel lot. This was not valet parking. Nor was it a parking garage sheltered from the weather. Nor was it especially close to the front door. This was a fee just to park our own car in the hotel's lot. To start with, there is nothing special about this property. It's for those folks who couldn't get a room closer to where they really want to be. The only thing you can walk to is a 7/11 (which had the lowest gas prices around). I'm very disappointed in the Hilton brand for allowing such a ripoff.

Hotel Has Gone Downhill Over the Years
Reviewed By Colin OI don't know if the ownership has changed over the years but this would be a go-to spot when working out in Pomona. Not anymore. The cleanliness of the rooms has changed for the worse. The staff isn't as helpful as they use to be. Such a shame, as the location worked well for me. I checked into the room and none of the appliances were plugged in (tv, fridge, clock).

No coffie or enything in room they rip you off over charging i wanted a refund so i could go to anotber hotel that was safe to sleep . I payed $3 dollars for a bottled water and there never gave me. This place should be closed down.

Reviewed By Tony GI was told that I was going to get a full refund since the bathroom in my room was being repaired, I still haven't gotten a full refund yet,the floor was wet and the TV didn't work,they had a plumber that kept saying he wasn't being treated right.

Disgusting! I had to talk to the front desk about it and they changed me to another room which was in the same condition. The room all dirty with towels all over the floor and the bed unmade. I just got my things and decided to leave. All this at 2:00.a.m. because I was coming from my cousin's wedding. I went to the front desk and told them what happened and i was told regarding the room "the cleaning person marked it cleaned but probably forgot." I couldn't believe it! I should mention that the girl at the front desk did apologize and process a refund so she did what she could but still the hotel is just a failure.Terrible. Never again will I stay here. I ended up going to another hotel nearby which was beautiful and clean and the price was practically the same. Like I said never again will I stay here. I do not recommended at all.

The dump wouldn’t take it? Outside entrances add to the security fear. The refrigerator was very full of frost and was so old.

Horrible, dont use oyo!!
Reviewed By chris wI booked a room, when I got to the hotel there was no vacencies. Me and my boyfriend were going to a show a block away. He couldnt shower before hand like he wanted and I had to get ready in my car. I also had to drive an hour home afterwards which I was trying to avoid. Oyo said I would get a refund but their miscommunication with the hotel ruined plams I had planned weeks in advance. DONT USE OYO!
