Great family holiday
Reviewed By karendY7158IIClean and modern hotel with excellant pools. Great for families. Reception has a nice fresh feel. Hotel room was impressive and we were very happy with it. Beds are comfortable and shower was hot. Could not fault the room. Pools were not very warm but you soon got used to the temperature. My 5 Yr old loved the various pools. Its a real shame they banned inflatables in the big pool mid way through our holiday. There was the usual scramble for sun beds but they extended the opening hours after feedback was given. The sides were very good. It was great having the park and kids club near the pool and bar. The queue for the bar was very long so def more staff are required. Evening entertainment was very good one night when they got dancers in but the rest of the time average. Food was usual buffet food. Fine at the start of the holiday but got a bit boring by the end of the holiday. However restaurant was very well looked after and clean and modern. Location is excellent for the train to Barcelona which we did one day. Beach is a 2 min walk and pleasant. I liked the thicker corse sand as easier to brush off. We did a day trip to a water park which also had dolphins and we all enjoyed this. Overall a great holiday.

In the mean time, you are free to relax and soak up the sun with the peace of mind that your children are being entertained and taken care of. The hotel has many facilities which our guests can enjoy: varied buffets in our pleasantly decorated dining room, a relaxing pool area, a children's playground and nightly entertainment shows. The hotel also has a gym and guests are free to relax in the renovated lounge bar and terrace. The hotel also has well equipped rooms with all the necessary facilities our guests could need for an enjoyable stay like wi-fi and indoor parking. Fantastic staff making a good hotel, great
Reviewed By Ian SMy wife and I stayed at AQUA Hotel promenade at the start of June 2022 and I would heartily recommend it to anybody wanting to stay in Pineda De Mar. It is located directly opposite the beach and just a couple of hundred yards from the main train station, from where you can easily travel to Blanes, Malgrat, Calella and even Barcelona. We chose to stay Half Board and although the range of food for our evening meal could do with being a little more varied, we have no issues with everything we ate there. Our Premium room was on the 4th floor (402) and had good views of the sea, with comfortable beds and a lovely walk-in shower. The room also has air conditioning, a fridge, reasonable sized TV and a balcony. No tea or coffee making facilities so we took our own travel kettle. The single biggest plus for this hotel though is their wonderful staff. Every single person I dealt with, without exception, was friendly & helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay that bit more enjoyable. From the restaurant staff, to the Reception team to the bar staff and the cleaners, they were all a pleasure to deal with. I think some of the staff could do with a few more pairs of hands though, as they were constantly run off their feet. All in all a lovely hotel that I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Reviewed By KatiJ3The hotel is good, cleaning service has a little bit room for improvement (at arrival the shower was full of hairs). Relatively close to the beach and restaurants (15 minute walk). Pet friendly. The breakfast is really good, lots of variety. Nice staff, Judit is the best! She deserves a raise!

Reviewed By Noah KEverything was perfect, really nice time with my family and girlfriend, really clean, nice staff and swimming pool. Breakfast was correct but available for probably a too short amount of time. I almost miss being there! It was maybe a little too expensive for two nights, but it was worth the price, I will come back for sure when I'll travel to Pineda again!

everything you need in lovely town
Reviewed By dawngibfirst time in Pineda de mar and we're already looking at going back next year. asked for low floor due to having children and we were given room on 2nd floor which was great. The balcony ran across lounge and bedroom and overlooked the square which is bustling with cafes. The bakery is also just across the square which was very convenient for fresh bread every morning. The staff in the hotel were lovely, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They kindly printed off our tickets for the visit to Camp Nou, ( which is also highly recommended if you love football ) Thee room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. The cleaning staff always friendly and chatty. we used the pool at the Hotel Aqua Promenade and special thanks to the animation team there who made our holiday with the kids daily activies, which were varied and entertaining. Thank you Aldara and Anouk !! we hope to see you again ! The Friday market is great and nearby town Areyns de Mar is also worth a visit ( Saturday market ) all in all a great holiday

Cheap and cheerful
Reviewed By mariamicky8 of us stayed aged between 11 and 72. We had 3 rooms, 2 en suite and 1 using the shared bathroom. Location was great, just a few minutes from the beach. Staff were lovely and helpful and the rooms were really clean and cleaned daily. Air con works well. There was no pool which we knew but the Promenade hotel just down the road allowed us to use their pool, also the H Top on the sea front. The resort is quiet and very Spanish, we loved the relaxing atmosphere although the teenagers were a little bored. The train station is a few minutes walk away with regular trains to Barcelona, we also used taxis to Santa Susannah a couple of times for around 8 euro each way. There is a regular market and also a market in Pineda on a Friday. The water park is a good day out. All in all a pleasant stay and would probably return.

Also upgraded from bed and breakfast to half board?. Lovely staff. Great apartment had everything you need. Even a small pool if you wanted. If you want a short break try the apartments. Breakfast was cooked, continental, fruit, cereals and toast. Tea coffee juices and water. Very nice food. Many thanks team for a great stay.
