Very Nice Property
Reviewed By Paul SAlthough this hotel is not easily accessible, hidden behind a Mexican restaurant and its parking is rather limited, we enjoyed our stay. Front Desk personnel were very courteous, friendly, and accomodating. Check-in and check-out were flawless. We were given choice of floors and the room was very nice except for the couch which made noises when sat on. The breakfast was very good. I recommend this property for an overnight stay.

Reviewed By DiamondDave8Although our stay was OK my wife left her credit card at the hotel. They refuse to send it back to us or have a manager call us back. We escalated it to Choice Hotels and they also claim there is nothing they can do. This breaks trust which is critical when traveling.

Although my rate was increased when I had to push my arrival date back one week & it was obvious they were not pressed for rooms, the stay was itself was nice. The hotel is located in a good area. A good variety of restaurants & shopping in every direction with easy access to major roads, highways, and the interstate. I greatly appreciate the scent of bleach, which indicated cleaning. There were bottles of sanitizers outside of the elevators and at public stations, and my room was neat & clean. The breakfast/dining area was pleasingly decorated & spacious and the variety of foods and drinks offered were satisfying. There's also an additional area for families to play games with their children! If I'm sent near this location again, this will be my hotel to stay in.

Reviewed By Tracy KThis is really a cheap motel for a high price. Room was outdated especially the bathroom. Refrigerator was frosted over and the bed was awful. The mattress was so flat and hard. Breakfast was ok, at least they had a waffle maker. The door barely latched with light visible around the frame.

Going Downhill
Reviewed By emilypG3893WPStayed here many times as it was our favorite hotel in the area, but things are not as they were. Requested room near elevator, but we were put almost as far away as you could get. Were told that was closest they had, yet the hotel was far from full. The bathtub would not drain properly and by the time my shower was finishef the tub was half full of water. Breakfast was limited and pastry was stale. Toaster was not working properly. Room was not serviced on second day and there was a roach in the bathroom. We will stay elsewhere on next trip.

Good stop
Reviewed By Alan PThis was a one night stop passing through. The place looked nice in the front, but a bit shabby on the backside. Our room was fine. It was good sized and looked as though it had been at least partially rehabbed in the not-to-distant past. The floor was a nice-looking laminate. The LG TV looked old, but worked well. The bathroom and sink area are a bit on the spartan side, but worked well. Our King bed was quite comfortable and the room was quiet. Two of my three standard complaints about many motels were present here: (1) one luggage stand in a room for two, and (2) no program guide on the TV. There was a comfy side chair and good desk chair. There were two outlets in each of the three table lamps. There are many food and service options in the area. There is a breakfast provided, but we did not check it out. The room was a good value and we would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel

The lobby is very nice , the lovely lady at the desk told us about a local restaurant, Dale's , we loved it . The room is spacious and clean, bed was great for a good night sleep . Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of food , including healthy options . The room was quiet , heard no noise at all .

HORRIBLE & DISGUSTING NIGHT!!
Reviewed By Pamala MCalled to reserve a 1 room king size bed for one night while passing through Alabama. Told 1 room left only to arrive and find ONLY FULL size beds anywhere in the hotel!! Had to pay cash as "credit card machine was out of order", I fell in parking lot due to landscape rocks. No ice packs, no ice machines, no anything but BUGS! Manager was rude, my wrist was broken and she could not gave cared any less. Bugs in the 3rd room offered to us - a total nightmare!
