Reviewed By Janice MGreat place to stay, reception was fantastic! We were upgraded without asking and a bottle of bubbly for us in our room on arrival. The hotel is directly across from the beach and the rooms and common areas all have a beachy feel. Staff excellent. We love this hotel!

This is Manly's best accommodation, with fantastic views choose from either our Motel Rooms or Apartments. Manly Beach has a whole host of things to do, you can surf, swim, cycle, snorkel or just relax on the beach. Hop on a ferry to the City or take one of our beautiful walking tracks. We are also just a couple of steps from the vibrant Corso the centre of Manly with shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and night life. The Motel and Apartments are easy to find if you head down the Corso to the beachfront it’s only 50 metres north on the left. During your stay you have exclusive use of our roof top swimming pool and private sundeck.

But over and above all that is the hosptiality of the staff. From the manager to the wonderful women at reception to the cleaners and room service team - everyone in this place was so helpful. The reception team were outstanding in their support and their friendly service. It really is a paradise in every way! Thank you all Monica

Reviewed By Zimbo-ozQ Station is a lovely spot with lovely views. For us it didn’t quite hit the spot as a place to stay. The rooms are expensive but very basic. Not even a power point next to the bed. Not even any normal tea bags, just chamomile. The only place for a coffee is the $30 per head buffet which we don’t want or walk down 200 steps to cafe which would be fine if it wasn’t raining! Given the distances to anything, a coffee in the room would be a nice touch (even a plunger would do). Or let me get a coffee without paying for the buffet !

Cafe’s in walking distance Lots of different options of accommodation, if you have younger kids there is a water splash area which was popular The staff were friend and helpful.

Reviewed By Sivz KWhen you first arrive into the property it is quiet confusing with least oint of signage but even then it was like a mase to find the reception as you needed to drive through a long driveway with beautiful green lawn and gardens then through their events guest parking lot before you xome up a ramp to the front reception which is hidden behind the front Cafe. Front counter staff were amazing,are checking in quiet entertaining and were just lovely. He was quiet helpful in letting us know of other venues in the area we could eat at. Rooms were quite basic but so daym comfortable! Had to king bed that was more like a super king, had myself, daughter (8) and son (20) and was so spacious. Cafe served up tasty breakfast and lunch for us, reasonable decent pricing and room rates I could not argue as it matched what it offered. There is nothing else to offer to the property as there is no gym, pool or really anything else but they beautiful luscious garden for events. Their lawn was so soft one could easily just lay on it snd sleep like the puffiness of it I have never felt before. Perhaps not heel shoe friendly and honest the lawn and gardens are that clean you could walk on I bare foot and your feet will love you.

Old photos give false impressions
Reviewed By stevewE801CLThe saying you get what you pay for rings very true on this trip. This was a 3 day break for myself and my partner for some prior Christmas mayhem relaxation. From the time you turn into the driveway to when you pull up at your room entrance run down, old and untidy come to mind. Reception people were nice to deal with but there is no feeling of escape here. The pool photos look nothing like the pool, the actual pool has a green tinge and all the concrete on the bottom is patchy and losing it’s colour. Not inviting at all. Near our room there was a communal ashtray and small bin which contained probably a 100 or so cigarette butts and looked awful, there were also quite a few empty pizza boxes etc strewn around the bin area but on the floor. The room was big enough and clean but dated like the rest of the place. I think I remember this place used to be booked out for weddings and functions many years ago. Definitely a shadow of it’s former self. I wouldn’t recommend the place in it’s current state and highly recommend management employ some cleaners and groundskeepers. A hardcore renovation may do something towards saving this place but unfortunately I think it would cost too much.

The lovely "Cottage" is a 1 bedroom cottage house will full kitchen, lounge/dining area, polished timber floors and is most suitable for those wanting something quite special. Short or long stays available, close to beach and transport. We cater for families, mature persons, groups, singles, couples wanting more than back packer style accomodation at an affordable price. Travelling with your PET then contact us direct as some apartments are pet friendly and fees apply. Laundry facilities available in communal area.
Deluxe room - what a joke - false advertising
Reviewed By Culture604526We walked into our supposed deluxe room to find a stained and dirty bedspread, a tiny table shoved in the corner with 2 hard seats, a dirty, soiled lounge that looked like it was about 20 years old and obviously well worn. There is no way that this was a deluxe room. As I was unable to leave my room because of injury, I couldn't bear the thought of staying for 4 days in this dark, dank room which is overstated, overrated and overpriced. They need to get real and pick up their act and have some pride in their facilities. We left immediately and booked alternative accommodation.
