Very relaxing and just near the Metro

I will surely go back here along with my family. We have been here before pandemic and this is one of the resorts I will surely go back to everytime we go Northbound. This is great for vacation, company outing and what I love is it has a small pool near the suites where you can stay for a day or so.

First time to visit the resort as we spent our Christmas there :) This is also my son's first beach visit and he really enjoyed it. The beach was clean and walang masyado rocks which is what we are looking in a beach. We'll definitely come back, our family is very satisfied with the beach room quality.

Rainy August Family Escapade

Reviewed By SirAVJ

We booked our stay via Booking.com for a 3D2N family getaway 1 week in advance and I've been in touch with the Hotel Facebook Messenger account since. In terms of customer service via FB messenger, they answered all my queries in time and ask for any additional request I may need in advance. During our arrival at Hana Natsu in Morong, we were greeted by the resort staff and were accomodated to our room. We rented the King Suite which is very big and can house more than 10 people for sure. One negative thing I have to say is that the toilet was dirty full of fallen hairs on the floor and the walls are full of spider cobwebs. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was really good. There are 3 big pools and 2 small kiddie pool. A karaoke is available. There's a BBQ area just beside the pools. There are alot of toilets too for day tourists. There were only a few visitors at the hotel which is expected since it's August and is rainy season. A good 10min slow walk from our room and the beautiful beach is within reach. Not your white sand beach, but greyish sand is good enough for us considering we were swimming while it's raining. Overall, a satisfactory experience for us.

Not for Couple summer relaxation

Reviewed By GrandTour25882530948

The Beach was full, visitors are no longer wearing masks even at the restaurant. The place is not well maintained, no wifi or cell connectivity unless you go to the beach water. The airconditioning is bad. What we couldnt accept was that we paid 5k for the room with poor lighting, poor aircon, no amenities like shampoo soap or toothbrush. The resort was not kept clean tanles and chairs were dirty. There is no room service. The staff were nice. We even had to eat at a different hotel beside it to get peace of mind while eating. I think this resort is not suited for couples, ots best for huge families who love crowds as this place is super crowded. There was also a poor dog at the reception suffering feom heatstroke and no one is paying attention from the staff to care for the dog. The only good points though is the beach water which is clear before sunset, lots of small starfish and beautiful sunset.

Poorly managed

Reviewed By cheacosta

Went there with my family to celebrate my mom's birthday. We enjoyed the beach and the pool, that's it. The rest of our stay was disappointing. We originally booked for 3 deluxe rooms for a great price. But upon checking-in, our room (#10) has a broken door which we can't even close. The room has a musty smell. The TV remote has mold. The cr stinks badly. So we requested to be transferred to a room for 10 pax instead. There are dogs everywhere (at the office, on the stairs, at the beach, on the pool side, in the restaurant) and cats too. By the way, the restaurant (or shall I say the Dining area) is dark and smells like a wet dog! For the free breakfast, no other option but a plated fried rice with sunny side up and corned beef. My husband's fried rice even has hair in it. I felt ashamed to my family because I was the one who chose this hotel because of good reviews I read. The resort would have been really beautiful if it is well-managed.

Quiet and surrounded by nature

It's a great place for a retreat on a budget. We booked the room with 6 single beds and two bathrooms on either end of the room. The place is sprawling and full of trees and birds. The pool was nice. They had a basketball court and a museum within the premises. The food choices are very limited in Kai lodge and around the province. When we got tired of the food, we got our own ingredients from the market and grilled our food which was nice. You can rent their grill or kitchen. You'll need your own transportation to get around Kai Lodge and Bataan - we went to the Pawikan center, the beach (paid entrance at another resort), we also did the hike to the Aeta community and visited monuments and museums. In spite of the inconveniences and being far from the beach, I'm very glad we stayed here - it enhanced our overall Bataan experience.

Overpriced accommodation and not worth the price

Reviewed By lasciajulio

I traveled and stayed in this hotel with my husband and kids for 3D2N and paid Php6,500 per night. We spent 2500 on our foods (Lunch and Dinner only) Here's our review, which will help you decide whether you are willing to stay at this hotel. Pros: There are lesser people during our first-night stay, and it's not crowded on the beach. Clean beach area compared to other resorts in Subic or Matabungkay. IG friendly pool. – It can be a place if you are looking for a beautiful view of your IG, Blogs. Cons: I'll start in the Reception area, the person in charge is not accommodating and does not even greet us when we arrive at the hotel. Also, it's funny that we pay for the 50% depo via bank transfer a few days before our stay. They send us the booking confirmation email, and during our check-in, he requested to forward the same email to him for verification. – What is the purpose of that? The room Key – When they assist us in our room, I've asked for the key, and the reception told us it is to follow. So we waited, but the kids are excited to go outside as they see the pool and beach already. My husband follows up twice until he gets the key. How come they don't prepare the key even though we have reserved our room a few days already? The Restaurant – The restaurant, just looks like a school canteen for me, and the menus are those you can buy in carenderia (Such as Sinigang na baboy, Nilaga na Baka, Sweet and Sour Fish, Grilled Chicken, Pancit Bihon, etc. I was expecting there are varieties of dishes like Salad, Vegetables, and even Dessert. Oh, even Fruit Juices, they don't offer here. If you are on vacation, definitely you will crave for that since you are at the beach. The price too is expensive for me. The Breakfast – Nothing special (Fried rice with egg and longga, Fried rice with egg and Tocino, Fried rice with egg and sap sap, Fried rice with egg and corn beef). The Restaurant – There is a resort gay staff who make the restaurant his own office. He has his laptop there at the corner, and when he talks on his phone, you can hear what he is talking about. For us, it is a distraction! The Room – There is no free mineral water inside the room, no Telephone, and a fridge. It is not worth it for a Php 6,500 per night room. I also feel that the place is not clean at all. The location – It is easy to find the area via maps, but we didn't know that the road to the hotel is very rocky, and we only bring a sedan. My husband just drives slowly since it is a very rocky road. Wifi - Yes, they have free WIFI but can only connect at the restaurant and will signal will not reach the room. Overall, for the price and our experience, we will never go back there. I prefer to pay for a little higher hotel like Las Casas and Anvaya Cove in Bataan, but it's worth the price than to stay here.

not worth the money

we booked this hotel because it was a pet friendly property. The experience on our 3D2Nt stay was not pleasant at all. Here are the pros and cons of the property. PRO - beachfront property -pet friendly property CONS - food was ok but it was expensive. simple dishes ranges from 390 -700 and its just a small serving even for 2 people. -corkage fee is 300 per person and if you plan to bring your own liquor, the corkage fee is 100 per bottle. - the facility of the standard room needs renovation. -water heater for the shower is not working, a debris from the bahtroom fell on the floor. -parking space is small and no one was assisting guests in the parking area -standard rooms does not have a provision to hang wet clothes.in some properties even basic rooms has this provision. -pools looks dirty Overall, if you are a fur parent and want a place, where you and your pet can enhoy your stay, this property is not recommended. i suggest look for an alternative property.

Caeli Sea Resort

Not worth it.

Reviewed By jason D

I went down here during rainy season, facility is under construction but they're willing to accommodate you but I refuse to stay for few reason. The rooms is not worth it. It's like going to a slump place, bathroom is small as well as the rooms. Hopefully they could improve more and upgrade the old fashioned room to a modern contemporary type because the view of the beach is fantastic. I would like to add, the roads are terrible going to this place. There are few resorts nearby, which are nicer but still on the same stretch of the road, and got to be very careful if you're driving a car. Mud, huge potholes, and very tight passing through.
