Centrally located but QUIET hard to find in Mildura with all the main road traffic ( read heavy transport travelling between Adelaide and Sydney )going down Deakin ave all night. It’s an older motel but has been done up and is very clean and very comfortable. Lovely hosted who provide fresh milk for a cuppa ,Dilmah tea and big mugs ! Easy walk to supermarket, chemist and cafes

Reviewed By sandypink1Great apartment with all facilities we needed for a 3 night stay. Close to town and also walking distance to RSL Club and Workers Club. IGA across the road and Chemist warehouse. Comfortable bed, warm room good kitchenette and bathroom! Will definitely try other Quest Apartments after this stay! Staff were also very friendly! Highly recommend!

Reviewed By Venture47237925373I stayed here as part of three couples who were meeting in Mildura before heading to the Flinders. We all agreed that Seven Pines ticked all the boxes and then some. It is well located, being a short walk into the main streets where the restaurants and cafes are, and also easy to walk down to the river/ parkland area. It’s very rare that you are supplied with fresh milk in the fridge without even asking, but there was a good amount supplied and also a generous continental breakfast where you had lots of choices to pick. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels very good quality. John the owner, was kind and helpful with any questions we had. When I inquired if my car would be safe on the nearby streets for a few weeks, he offered for me to park it within the motel grounds. We were so impressed with the motel, we chose to stay there on the way home, rather than pushing on to the east. Very good value and I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment we had was a fantastic design, my parents really enjoyed their King Spa room in the hotel section. One big issue was that the guests staying in the apartment next to us were very noisy, having a rave party at 3:00am until 6:45am. We believe about 10 people at least, swearing, wall vibrating on our bedroom and loud voice calls from guests going out for smoking at 5am in the morning, if they are even guests. Understand that nothing really can be done but staff, but caution for other guests. Disappointing as most of the other aspects of the property were good, parking, facilities, room and staff.

A clean hotel, good location but almost no water to shower!
Reviewed By Steffen BWhen you come to your hotel after a long day at 42 degrees Celsius, you really only want one thing: a shower. That is the big problem with this hotel. There is almost no water from the shower. An estimated 5 liters of water per minute is just not enough. If you don't use the shower you can say the hotel is OK. Just one thing for the owners, fix the shower and everything is fine. If not, I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances. If you like a good shower this Hotel is NOT for you.

River City Motel is comfort that a couple/family can enjoy! You can have a splash in the pool. Enjoy a bit of retail therapy, with the shopping center right across the road. We are also close to Restaurants. The Gateway Tavern directly across the road, were you can enjoy lunch and/or dinner. We are right on the Calder Highway A79 so we are at your convenience after a long trip.
Way too noisy with traffic noice but was clean
Reviewed By LotrikaThis motel is on a corner of a very busy intersection with 3 sets of lights. The traffic is so noisy and that was on a Saturday. The rooms are dated but are clean. Good position for Coles and Woolies and shops. I wish someone else had reviewed about the traffic noise. My husband booked it much to my dismay. Would not stay here again.

We are a family run motel conveniently located within the CBD of Mildura, less than a 5 minute walk to the mighty Murray River, famous Restaurants and excellent Shopping. We are also just a 100 metre walk from Mildura Station (V-Line Bus Terminal). We offer Free Wifi, free Undercover Parking and have a Breakfast menu available for your convenience. All rooms have a Flat Screen TV, new Air-Conditioning, Bar Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and a Hairdryer. Our grounds supply an Outdoor Pool and BBQ Terrace for your pleasure, and there is a laundry for guest use.

So close to the town to either walk or drive to shopping or restaurants and cafés. Short distance from the jetty & marina & lovely parks. Would definitely stay again & recommend.

Reviewed By Anne KSpent 6 nights at the hotel with a visiting walking group of older couples. Our room upstairs, no lift available, far corner of the building via rabbit warren of narrow corridors. There may be other better rooms but ours (206) was looking very dated and tired. Spacious but corridor and room carpets were worn and dirty and not cleaned throughout our stay. Very hot water in the bathroom and shower fluctuated between hot and freezing without warning. Dangerous. TV remote not working. Openable window but then very noisy. Breakfasts reasonable but coffee service incredibly slow and inadequate seating for number of guests meant waiting for latecomers. Not good value for money. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Assume some of the issues were due to staff shortages.
