Reviewed By lmulletWe liked everything about this place. As some other reviews mentioned, the rooms were a little bit dated, but I would 100% stay here again. The location is great with easy in and out. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Service at breakfast was good.

Friendly visit
Reviewed By Eric CThe stay was quite pleasant, except for a big spider in our room. We killed it and told front desk, someone was there in less than 5 minutes and replaced all of the bedding. Breakfast was hit or miss. Day one it was a joke, so we went next door to McD's. Day 2 it was quite a nice spread.

The worst night at a hotel
Reviewed By rachelrC9256DDI am writing this review at 1 am as I am awake from the racket that hotel personnel won’t bother to stop. We stopped here for the night to get a good night sleep and instead we got hell. We called multiple times to see about getting the noise down from what appears to be a large group staying there comprising of kids and irresponsible adults. I should have turned around when as we walked in to check-in we were met with kids running around the lobby with no supervision but I thought surely by 9 they would be in bed. I was very wrong. At 1 am there are still people running around and slamming doors and no staff to stop it despite complaints. If I survive this ordeal I will absolutely never stay here again.

Nothing Special...
Reviewed By NordicCowIt's been years since I've stayed in a Residence Inn. On a recent visit, the feeling I had was that nothing had changed at RI for 20+ years. Yes, new carpet and wallpaper...but nothing special in terms of features or design. The room featured a large living area and a very small bed area jammed into the corner with the bathroom door only a few feet from the head of the bed. Not great for bathroom privacy. The large living area is really inefficiently laid-out and the furniture, which included a large couch, was just average or less. The bathroom and shower areas were average. Just outside our first floor room was an outdoors basketball court...on which folks shot baskets, bounced balls, and generally yelled well past 11PM. What a dumb hotel design! "Free" breakfast was included and it was below average in food quality and selection. We ate out the 2nd morning... There are so many better options that I cannot recommend this RI.

Best of just about everything
Reviewed By Patricia LWe stayed here for a week & enjoyed the stay greatly. LOVED the hot and cold breakfast each morning, even though we were in a suite that had facilities to cook our own meals. There was something for everyone, including healthy choices like fresh fruit and yogurt, plus hard boiled eggs every morning. In addition, hot entrees too, and hot and cold cereal, plus lots of muffins, bread choices, bagels and muffins. If you were hungry after breakfast, it was your own fault! All the staff were very friendly and I enjoyed the respect and kindness from Alicia. Our housekeeper refreshed our room every day, even though we were told there would be no daily housekeeping. The man who appeared to be the main manager was kind, friendly, cared about the needs of the people. I loved being here and felt like I was welcomed and accepted. We loved the spaciousness of our room and the way it was laid out. My only complaint is that for me, I missed some of the channels I normally watch on Cable like Hallmark, TV Land, but managed to find programs I enjoyed watching. I will stay here again when I visit relatives in this area.

Clean place, can be loud
Reviewed By ShephuskyThis is a clean place, no lobby really. We had doubts, when we went inside, there was no one at the front desk and a sign that said no hot water. Once the front desk person arrived he said the hot water was fixed. And it was. The hotel doesn't have any carpeting, so is kind of loud when people (or dogs- dog friendly hotel) walk around. Relatively cheap too. By far, the cheapest hotel on the weekend we were there, but bare bones, no breakfast, no pool, no front lobby.

Reviewed By Deborah NIf you are staying in the Cleveland area, I recommend this boutique hotel by Best Western. We had a clean, comfortable king suite room. There is a nice on site restaurant with a bar. All staff that we encountered were friendly. And the hotel is beautifully decorated.

Reviewed By ruonClean, comfortable, budget hotel! The owner takes a lot of pride with this property. If you're in the Cleveland area it's a Great place to stay. Located off I 90 easy access from the Hwy. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. Plenty of stores nearby as well.
