Reviewed By gchar7I had an amazing experience staying at the Mercure Doncaster! Firstly, the room was beautiful, clean, and fit for my short-stay business purposes. What I was most impressed by however was the customer service! My colleague and I needed to find a last minute venue for a business meeting with international clients, and the staff at Mercure very kindly accommodated us with one of their available meeting rooms free of charge. The room was spacious, well-organised, modern and the technology was extremely easy to use! The staff support and amenities allowed for a seamless experience which we were very grateful for. A special thank you to Isabella, the Reception Manager who saved the day (even offering to extend my checkout time to suit the time of our meeting).

Large room with 1 x king bed, small lounge, dining table for two, ETA and coffee making facilities , small fridge. Free parking on site. Asian style restaurant open evenings. I couldn’t find breakfast options. Shower over spa bath. Twin sinks in bathroom. Green choice toiletries.

Parking dreadful manager on call response terrible
Reviewed By pam6This has been my place to stay for a while when in melb. Accommodation comfortable ammenities good and surprisingly quiet. Recent stay was a busy night. Came back 7pm partner unwell wanted to park and rest. All parking supposedly reserved for hotel guests full by others. Drove around parking for 20 minutes. Nothing except very back row that was steep and dark. Spoke to manager on call who had no suggestions and could not have cared less. Said some having dinner would leave soon so wait. We sat in car outside accommodation and eventually got parking. Very traumatic time considering our circumstances. Rang to speak to manager on the Monday told I could not for a week. Rang in a week and a make pretended to be manager for a while then he became quite argumentative. Then said manager back following week. Took my number. No call at all. I actually just wanted to report our experience and suggest that when they have a big event they police the parking for hotel guests. And give some constructive feedback. No use having a do not park sign here if it is not taken seriously. Sadly we will not be staying here again extremely disappointed

Reviewed By natandbrianRooms were clean and tidy. Staff were very pleasant and polite. Nice quiet location. I liked that when I checked in the receptionist took the time to leave the front desk and show me to my room and also point out other services available at Quest Doncaster.

Great stay
Reviewed By DebHillsonRoom was spotless clean. Very comfortable bed. We had a really good rest during our stay. The service staff was nice even she could not speak English properly. But she was really nice to bring us to car park spot, show us around as well. Will come back
