Unprofessional Staff
Reviewed By sharmj1160Family used the banquet hall.for.a weddi g and we did the complete setup and breakdown. We asked for the staff to assist with removal.of trash and they refused. We had to hide set up trash in hall way and add to event trash at end of night. I had a ha dicap room, the shower was stopped and water overflowed out and when we tried to dial front desk, phone not working. I use cell phone to notify and the night clerk was rude and unprofessional. The saving grace was the mor ing clerk who was apologetic and very helpful. I tried to use sink outside of bathroom and hot water was a trickle.

Reviewed By 250jessebHad a 2 night stay that was great. Rooms was super clean and ac unit very quiet. King bed was extremely comfortable and will stay they on my next visit. Breakfast bar on Saturday was not up to the weekday menu, but held me until lunchtime.

Reviewed By flaherty5858Room had no soap, tissues, remote and the blind didn't work in room facing directly east, so if you don't love bright sunshine at 6am avoid. Even though it was a confirmed handicap room it had no grab bars in bathroom nor seat in the shower. Even though night clerk, morning clerk plus John the manager all promised to bring us a seat for the shower they never did. Again when John the manager promised to talk with his boss about lowering the price we had paid and would contact us by checkout or at the latest 6PM that day ... you guessed it not even the curtesy to call us back.

Reviewed By wc370016The value of the rooms were good but the bathroom area was not clean. We also had to switch rooms because the first room we were in was on the first floor but had a window that could not lock. It is about 10min from Centreville which is convenient.

I still can't get the smell out of my nose
Reviewed By michelep891I stayed for just one night and that was more than enough for me. The lobby is meticulous and smells very nice but ever place after that smelled like hot garbage. The hallways smelled like feet and wet dog and the pool was so old and dirty that I couldn't stay there for longer than 2 minutes because I felt so gross just standing there. The staff looks like they stopped caring a long time ago and when I asked the front desk about the broken AC they blamed housekeeping and when I asked housekeeping about the smell they blamed management.

The staff from the very beginning assured me that I received the appropriate rate I was entitled to as a healthcare worker, the room was very clean, linen clean, and the staff has been very accommodating. For instance, I would like to give special kudos to Brittini N. the front desk clerk who after hearing that the maintenance man was unable to respond to an issue I was having with lighting in my room, Brittini N. took the initiative and accompanied me to my room and resolved the issue. I would recommend the WoodSpring Suites Manassas Battlefield Park I-66 to any traveling professional.

Reviewed By James DI booked five nights at the Hilton Garden Inn, Manassas. The hotel is newly constructed, spacious and fresh. The location is very convenient to I-66 or VA 29 and the Manassas Battlefield. There are very large common areas on the first floor interior and exterior. Restaurant and a bar are available. No complementary breakfast. Cooked breakfast started at about $10. There are many restaurants in the immediate area. No welcome packages were offered. I had difficulty with the television selecting local channels for news, etc, The shower hot water never really got hot for the five mornings. Both of these issues were brought to the attention of the front desk. Housekeeping was still operating with COVID precautions...so there was none. When I requested housekeeping, linens and towels on the third day the receptionist had to check my reservation. The room was large and very quiet and comfortable. I'm sure there are growing pains with any start up. This is a very nice hotel.

Good for one night, bad for traffic
Reviewed By Happiness60580644028The room was nice. The shower was great. I had a motorcycle on a trailer with me, and I parked in the back lot that was a little dark for my taste. Coffee in the morning was minimal. There’s a ton of construction around here, and traffic was a nightmare leaving the hotel.
