Reviewed By chelet2015We have stayed twice at this hotel in the last year and both times it was excellent!! Yes it’s a bit dated on furniture but the mattress is top notch and the room is spotless. There is no coffee in the room but a Keurig in the office makes fresh coffee. They have organic and decaf coffee pods, creamer, sugar and lidded cups. They also have a few items like soda and cup a noodle for sale. Ice machine on-site room 19. They do provide a packet of shampoo, soap…it’s in the washcloth flower in the bathroom. Good size fridge and microwave also. The room was quiet and comfortable! The owners are friendly and extremely helpful.

The rooms were a nightmare. I couldn’t use their shower because it was so filthy. The wallpaper was coming off. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The rooms here have things that you won't find in other hotels like reading lights & clocks with displays on 3 sides. The pool & hot tub were the perfect temperatures & our large & spacious room was very comfortable. There is a nice restaurant a few steps from the front door. And there is a full hot breakfast that can't be beaten. If wish all of the hotels I stay at were like this one.

Dangerous Bathroom, rude staff
Reviewed By linda hThis place needs help & SERIOUS improvements. Several electrical cords plugged into one surge protector. Dirty bathtub. Worst of all a dangerous bathroom. I took a shower the morning I was departing. The water wasn’t coming fully out of the shower head so I pulled the plunger up to have all the water divert to the shower head instead of tub. It instantly broke off in my hand with all the water gushing directly out of the wall. I slipped and fell in the excitement. After my husband helped me out of the tub, I dried off and within 20 minutes upon checkout reported it to the woman at the front desk. I asked for a refund. She said no because I spent the night there. And, she said someone stayed there for 3 months and never had a problem. She implied I broke the tub faucet! Clearly it had been problematic before because it looked like it was caulked over previously corroded, rotted metal. She said I should have told her and she’d give me a new room. I asked for a refund again and she went to get her “husband.” He came out adamant about not giving me a refund. He said implied I broke the faucet too! He said I should have told them right away. Anyway, I stormed out frustrated. At anytime they never even apologized or asked if I was ok. They were rude and unprofessional.

Reviewed By Jorun MWe were pleasantly surprised by the great value we received at this Rodeway Inn. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a good night's rest. As an added bonus, the owner/manager was super nice and made us feel very welcome.
