Reviewed By RBoninHotel was in the perfect location for visiting the Clarksville area attractions. Lots of places to eat within a mile or two to eat. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Our daughter made waffles. Plenty of juices. Our grandson had cereal. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again on our next trip to the area.

Reviewed By Karen TThe room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was efficient, and breakfast was delicious. However, there was no information regarding hotel amenities (vending machine locations, pool availability times, laundry locations, nearby food delivery services, etc.). For out-of-town guests, these amenities are extremely helpful. Of course, there was a note saying guests could call the front desk with questions, but who wants to call twenty times with different questions or "interrogate" the clerk by asking a multitude of questions at once? The clerk even asked if I wanted a printout of the television channels when I checked in; who doesn't want or need this? This should not be a question to ask; it should be in every room. This lack of personalized attention to detail is what sets the best housing options apart from the rest, and in this area, Hampton Inn failed. Finally, even though when I spoke with the agent on the phone to set up the reservation I had confirmed that I would have a cat with me AND when I checked in, I had the kitten in the carrier and asked if I could take the cat and carrier to the room before moving the care (it was an extremely hot day, and I could not carry the luggage and the cat at the same time) and the clerk gave permission, I received a call from the front desk hours after checking in accusing me of not letting them know I had a pet so they could charge me the $75 fee. I explained that I had informed them of the pet when I made the reservation and when I checked in, and the clerk ACCUSED me of not informing them so they could charge the appropriate fee. The check-in clerk had said nothing; I thought all was well because she had my reservation on file. Nothing was said about no pet fee being charged (in fact, costs were not mentioned at all). It was very uncomfortable to be accused of hiding the fact that I had a pet when I had gone out of my way to verify the pet presence ahead of time. Though all else went well, the few negative elements mentioned made the stay less than luxurious and relaxing. It's not what I expected from an establishment of this caliber.

Disgusting!
Reviewed By grace23214042This property was so disgusting! I used a half a package of Clorox wipes before we could even let my 1 year old grandson done too walk in our room. Things were filthy, broken and just nasty! There was also mold in the tub and we had to use a wash cloth to stop the drain in the tub to give the baby a bath. It was NOT a good representation for Wyndham!

Reviewed By jacquelinecF5377NFDon’t bother. The rooms smell like they were febreezed 10x over and the scent is so strong it was hard to sleep. They’re trying to cover up moldy smells. The window sill was caked with mold as well as the air conditioner. The beds are not comfortable, we maybe slept 4 hours total on and off. The sheets didn’t look super clean, or new. Only one of the lamps in the room worked. There was clear water damage in the room and lots of wear and tear. I wouldn’t recommend staying here-the mold issue in itself masked with that air freshener is a health hazard. Go next door to any of the other hotels.

The restaurant offers good food at reasonable prices and a free buffet breakfast is available in the morning. A are is available for cocktails and a polish located indoors. Have seen many families enjoying the travel break in the pool. As most Quality Inns, the rooms are generally larger, clean and comfortable.

It smelled and the room was in disrepair that included mold in the bathroom and carpets that were worn out. These are only two, of many examples. The breakfast menu was extremely limited. Do not stay here!
