Reviewed By JaimephI stayed for over a week at this hotel. I was not really happy with their wifi connection inside the room its very slow or drops off or nothing at all. I had to go downstairs to the lounge area to be able to have wifi. The water was yellowish and smelt like mud or rust. Cockroaches were everywhere. Unfortunately, I made an upfront full payment of my entire stay on the first day and the hotel has ‘no refund policy’. So i had to bear with these issues. Otherwise, the staff were so good and kind. I felt their warmth hospitality. The hotel’s location is very convenient to restaurants, hospital, gym and 7eleven. If wifi is your life, this one is not the one. Thank you....?

Worst HOTEL of my LIFE!
Reviewed By jamesstayTotal NIGHTMARE! the other good reviews are lies. There was a mouse jump out at me as soon as I got in the room. ants all over the floor and mold on the walls. I asked to speak to a manager and the staff REFUSED! They offer a free breakfast but messed up the order and refused to correct it. they said too bad take it or leave it. This place would be shut down by the health department in the United States. The staff would be fired immediately but once again, they refuse to let anyone speak to a manager and no manager is on duty because its a very small hotel, only about 15 rooms. My wife and I are stuck in this nightmare for 5 days. Worst hotel of my life!

Reviewed By Jeremiah Eleaze... SWe mistakenly chose this hotel for our two-day training, and it was one of the mistakes we had to endure. The staff assigned to the function seem to not know what food were served, since they do not have labels and we have colleagues who have food restrictions. The room needs improvement on quality and security - I didn't notice if sprinklers are present. The comfort room was below satisfaction - the water stinks and definitely disgusting. We always use mineral/bottled water to brush our teeth. A participant of ours noted that their room had cockroaches and spiders. Location is quite interior - maybe because there is also a feel that this is a motel for short-time stay. Definitely not going back!

Let me explain; The Diodeth’s Holiday Apartments, just remember this name for the best super Clean hotel Apartment in Butuan City. I have booked this place for a Newly Wed. Friend as a Wedding Gift. right after my booking at Jelly’s Haven Resort Bantayan was Cancelled because of the Covid19 restriction to travel. So I started looking around to where I can Find great place for this couple to spend their honeymoon around Butuan City.. I offer a severals well-known hotels around Butuan City to the couple but they rejected and telling me that they might wanted to request if i could book them out at Diodeth’s Holiday Hotel/Apartments because they love the Idea that it was really homey and they inform me that they booked this place for their wedding preparation on June 4 and they felt inlove with the place.. According to the Newly Bride; Stepping through the front door she was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception/Care taker. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff/Care taker or might be the owner throughout their were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel/Apartment is so great. The living room, dining, Kitchen and their rooms and over all was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view not to mentioned that they are very clean that was expected. She have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Butuan City. As well as I am that living in abroad and had experienced booked with this place using booking.com then Got to talk to the owner itself through this facebook page and requesting a special treat with the booking I have made, I wanted to shout them out that they’re very Responsive on any request and very quick to responds to my messages and Very flexible and attentive to any concern you have so i will never hesitate to give this place 101% over all. Our stay was undeniably amazzziiiinggggg. Their suite room was huge and clean. Beds were well arranged as well. What else can i say? The staff of Almont City Hotel were very polite and accommodating. Want to enjoy and relax ? Then choose this hotel. Every penny is worth the quality of this hotel.

Comfortable Stay in the heart of Butuan
Reviewed By JustJyvI booked 3 nights here (2n in a Junior Suite & 1n in their standard room). I wouldn't say they have the best amenities nor that everything was well-maintained (especially the standard rooms) but I liked that rooms are huge and it's a place where kids can enjoy the pool. Also. they're not very strict on the number of guests that can use the hotel's amenities. The staff are courteous and responsive when a request is placed, and the hotel's restaurant and cafe are nice places to chill or do remote work. What I don't like is that the hotel has their own curfew (they close the main gate at 12midnight) and lights are off on their reception and pathways.

Apart from the basic breakfast (Especially with the vegetarian choices), the experience was enjoyable. The swimming pool was a nice place to relax. The room was broad and the amenities were good. The hospitality was warm as well. The location was also convinient.
