Very modern, private and quiet
Reviewed By galprahWe stayed there with my friends for a few days and loved it. The host is very friendly and funny, the rooms are nice and cosy and you can take a swim in two of their pools or relax in one of their jacuzzies. It's also very close to the beach, 5 minutes or so. I definetly recomend visiting the place.

really small apartmant for 8 people!
Reviewed By Sunnyka1993When we booked the aparment it showes that we will have pool but we had to walk to the other aparment and there we found that.. On the pictures it looks like normal size apartment but was realy small. Good for 4 people not 8.. only 1 so small bathroom.. We are young people who loves sound music daytime but it was not allowed.. why?! Not recommend! not worth it for the money..

The apartments are big with everyting in you needed and more, and also with a nice view from the balcony. We loved our stay very much.

Perfect Stay
Reviewed By etepnellaWe have just got back from a week long stay at Nediljko and had an amazing time! The rooms are basic but work really well. If you are thinking about going, ask for the sea view room because the views are amazing! Excellent air con and a large comfortable bed. Good hot shower but it is a hand held shower. The village of Bibinje is a lovely little village and the apartments are only 5 minutes away from the centre and 10-15 minutes away from the beach. The beach is a pebble beach but the views are worth it. There is also a bus to Zadar from the centre which only costs £1 one way and is worth visiting. There are a number of apartments in this area but the service, views and friendly (albeit basic English but better than my Croatian!) welcoming would put them above the others. They offer free transfers to and from the airport when you stay for 7 days! Also, we arrived after the supermarkets had closed so the owner gave us some beers so we had something to drink and in the morning, to say thank you, he gave us some home grown tomatoes! We will DEFINITELY be staying again!

Now for the bread and butter bit... apartment is perfect, location and what you get for your pennies, the area is beyond me for hospitality and beauty and Zadar is a short bus ride away. Already planning to go back ...

Located 300 metres from the nearest beach in the quiet fishing village of Bibinje, the family run Vila Moli and Apartments offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a garden with barbecue. Public buses to Zadar stop on the main road, 400 metres away. Apartments have terraces and kitchen facilities, while the villa comes with a private pool. A pine tree forest surrounds the property and provides shades. Day trips to Kornati National Park with the owner's private cruiser can be arranged for an additional cost. Dalmacija Yacht Marina is close to the beach, within 1500 metres from the Moli. The airport is at a distance of 5 km, while the city of Zadar is 6 km away. Bus station, ferry port and train station can all be reached in Zadar.

Reviewed By 212romandGreat disappointment !!! The reality was different than we expected, the photos are at least 10 years old. Untidy surroundings of the apartment house. The rooms are much smaller than in the photos and the bathroom was absolutely mini. The toilet does not work with suction, there is no drain in the shower. Road to the sea via rails. Luxury apartment should be deleted from the name, because there was nothing luxuriously unpleasant home, even after publishing a review on booking.com are threatened with reporting for bad behavior instead of accepting the reality, it's embarrassing and pathetic !!

Reviewed By zwerglein00Sehr schönes kleines Apartment mit Küchenzeile, Stauraum, großes Bett, ausreichend großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen kleinen Balkon. Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen ausreichend groß, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und wer möchte kann bei ihm Wein, Öl und/oder Schnaps erwerben. Ca 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Leider ist das gesamt Gebäude sehr hellhörig.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL
Reviewed By Pathfinder317090STAY AWAY FROM THIS ACCOMODATION ! We booked a stay (2 nights) at this hotel in Croatia (near Zadar) well in advance on booking.com from Canada. Our friends live in the U.S. and also booked a stay in a separate room. Our friends arrived before us and were provided a room. When my family of 4 arrived in the evening (we drove for about 6 hours and have 2 small children), the owner Mary advised us she doesn't have a room for us due to overbooking. There was an empty room right beside our friends' room and she said "someone else reserved a room there". She then continued on saying its booking.com problem, call them and couldn't help us any further, even though we already paid and reserved the accommodation. I hope you can estimate how much shock we were in due to this situation and the fact that we paid for the room and its not there for us! When we demanded our room or alternative accommodation of equivalent value for 2 nights, she became very rude and kicked us out of the property. Our friends tried to help us by talking to her as well, which she didn't like, and so she kicked them out as well. She basically said "I don't care about you, leave my property now". We had to drive an extra 3 hours to find another accommodation near the lake, since its crazy busy in the area in July-August. We had 4 kids in total between us and our friends, ranging from 10 months to 6 years old. We got to another hotel at 3am. When we called booking.com next morning to deal with this overbooking situation, reservation, and submitted payment, we were advised that the case was started. When booking.com reached out to this rude owner Mary, who should never be in hospitality business, she basically lied to them by saying that we left on our own and she returned our money to us (not sure how, maybe she implied cash, which obviously never happened). She said to booking.com that we did receive the room that we booked but we wanted to have a room on a ground floor with our friends. This is an outright lie. She then said to booking that the property did not have a room on ground floor available and we decided to leave. Long story short, this was a long rant, but please do yourselves a favour and stay away from this hotel, as you may be her next victim. The owner Mary clearly doesn't care about her guests, which she showed by kicking 2 families out who had reservation from several weeks ago. She should not be in this business, as this is crook-like behavior. Needless to say, we incurred many expenses due to having to drive to another area, and booking another hotel last minute that was definitely more expensive. We, unfortunately, lost a significant amount of money. I rarely write reviews, but believe me when I say: STAY AWAY. Thank you and I hope you all have a great day!

Lovelly place!
Reviewed By Johndor1992I stayed here with 3 friends. Super nice appartement. New clean and chique! You feel at home! with a great view of the ocean and the land! couldn't ask for more, the pool is great and sunny! Friendly staff and good pricing! loved it!
