Across from front desk is a small convenient store where you can purchase chips, soda, aspirin, etc. They have an outdoor pool. The staff is courteous. They offer breakfast. This location is close to the Parx Casino and close to the mall.

Front desk refused to accommodate and rectify the situation and wait for it…. they sent us away with a refund with a simple “Well, I suggest you two go back home.” it was 10pm and we were over 150miles away from our home state. It was a horrible stay and absolutely ruined 3 year anniversary with my fiancé. thank you so much for this “couple getaway”. Amenities might now work, indifferent staff won’t do anything to accommodate. Visit at your own risk.

A Great Place to Stay
Reviewed By joesal78Originally having reservations at another nearby hotel, I found it's reviews not so pleasing. This was all the night before we were to leave, so I called the Hampton Inn and Ira (sp?), the front desk attendant helped me considerably to find a room and assured me that the Hampton Inn was clean. While the hotel looks just like any Hampton Inn from the outside, behind its doors you will discover an extremely clean environment. This is all due to the staff. Baby, a front desk associate helped considerably with any and all questions and did so in a very polite manner. At all times there seemed to be someone going around cleaning - wiping surfaces down and making sure that cleanliness was a top priority. The hotel was spotless and smelled fresh throughout. An A+ place to stay all due to the excellent staff. HIGHLY RECOMENDED.

Horrible Check In
Reviewed By fetti1986mhWe arrived, Dad goes inside to get us checked in we went to our room and couldn’t gain access. The door would not open, we tried multiple with much failed attempts an employee witness and offered assistance he then failed to gain in access as well. We all went to the front desk and she apologized said the key should now work that perhaps she didn’t void it out (forget her exact verbiage)she then said “there are phone on the wall for if we need assistance, all we had to do was pick up and call” walked back to the room and the same happened this time I tried out of frustration because we were suppose in the hotel room settled by now. Dad said he believes the door is disabled and that key wasn’t working when I pushed the door the door was locked and bolted. We’re at the front desk again and the lady apologized and walked down with our family again she tries and the same thing happens. She told us to “wait and she’ll be back as we shouldn’t haven’t to keep walking up and down”. The children and I wait and Dad walks with her, the kids are walking up and down the hall trying to keep my toddler calm. While waiting I see a door opens which appears to be the room we were suppose to be in and a lady comes out speaks to my older kids as I’m walking behind my youngest son. She hurry’s on past me and the door shut quickly and locks. You can believe the dismay I’m like wait this is the room at this point Dad and front check in lady are and I inform her that someone is in fact in the room which is why we couldn’t get in. Front desk lady is like no, that can’t be no one should be there at this point the lady come back around and I say well that’s her as she knocks and someone unbolts the door and she uses her key to gain access. Front Desk lady is in disbelief because this is there housekeeper who apparently took the room but didn’t document it again more apologies and we head back down to the 1st floor to check into one of the rooms. We get to the first room and yup you guessed it!!! More problems!!!!! This is suppose to be a non smoking room which reeks of cigarettes. I’m like absolutely not I have a disabled child who’s on a vent to breath this is not acceptable at all. More apologies and on to the next room, this room wasn’t the best I was just grateful to get my child in the room because he now hours past his meds, feed and treatments that’s due. So we go to room number three more apologies and said she called her GM and they’re going to accommodate us because this was completely unacceptable. Time is and was of the essence we had a special needs child that should’ve received his medication and feeds and treatment. Try to give him a bath to settle but the tub wasn’t up to par, the tub look like it had been painted or spray painted (you could literally see the hair of someone who trapped in it) there appeared to be some black stuff around the poles in the bathroom. We literally made a Walmart run so that I could clean the bathroom smh, I had to put a towel down inside the tub to sit my baby on because it was ridged and rough. We checked out yesterday morning and not a mention of any accommodations or have yet to be contacted. I most certainly will not stay at another one of their establishment this out a bad taste in my mouth. Very Ghetto, would not recommend.

Reviewed By sudsburgAfter i was upgraded to better room which turned out that the the room was so cramped and crowded. i couldnt be able to use bathroom because the tub, tiolet and sink are close too much. i couldnt be able to get out of bed because the asile is so narrow this hotel should be converted to AVID hotel which is designed for backpackers. The management doesnt care about IHG reward members.

No drain cover for tub or sink. Bridal party next door was loud and I had to call the front desk twice. I brought this to the managers attention the next morning. All he had to say was that they couldn’t get supplies due to a backlog and he couldn’t find employees to work ? Don’t stay here if you expect the comfort and service advertised by Marriott. What a circus!

Reviewed By JJRUPPBeware This hotel charged me $188.70 for an extra day even though my stay was only ONE night which I paid and I checked out before 11AM. I have my receipt to prove it. They refuse to return phone call or email about the charge.. I was a loyal monthly guest for 2 years and this is how they treat me! I've already contacted my credit card company and will look into other options to have my $188.70 returned ASAP. Check your Credit Card statements.

Reviewed By Q3193AZryaneShowed up at 235pm for a 3pm checkin. Bothered the front desk clerk, who was on her cellphone. She said they need extra time to clean, so we hung out for 25 minutes. Walked into a sticky floor, so I got a wash cloth and cleaned it. Opened the grease covered fridge to put some water bottles in and there was about an inch of water in the bottom 2 drawers. Looked at the dirtiest chair I've ever seen, rust in the toilet and a disgusting drawer in the nightstand. Glad we had no kids there, safety bar on window was not attached. Hope you're not looking for a dark room, even curtains had holes in them.

I would have liked for them to have breakfast but its ok I had a full size fridge and stove to cook. They had all of the cookware that I nned.
