Cancelled my room
Reviewed By Iano2Really bad customer service.. I booked hotel months ago and all of a sudden hotel was cancelled by the Hotel itself. I called hotel direct as soon as I got the notification and they where so un helpful. They basically didn't care. then booking.com told me hotel incorrectly cancelled as my credit card was updated on booking.com . I was heading to Monaco Grand Prix so location was perfect. Hotel was to try find alternatives to stay according to Booking.com but I heard nothing from for days from Hotel and sent numerous messages and still no response. Never came across such bad customer service. I had no choice but to find a hotel much further away in Nice. Still to hear back !! and booking.com has given me numerous excuses. really upsetting from both.

Reviewed By ae afrom the moment we arrived(to a 5 hour wait for the room which was obviously not occupied so why ??) to the moment we left it was awfull,staff incompetent, uninterested,LAZY and arrogant ,ON CHECK OUT THE RECEPTION GUY WAS ASLEEP IN THE OFFICE,no cleaning or bed change for 7 day unless you pay"DISGUSTING"who does that to guest. more a tenanted apartment building with some dubious people in and out. Everything and i mean everything is an expensive problem AVOID 100%.

An OK hotel for one night.
Reviewed By GLADIMAT7We did not get a good explanation how to get to the hotel from the train station, and when I called them to ask for more information they where not very helpful. The room was ok, with a little sea view but the bath room was a mini one and only towels for one person, even thou we where two. The mini bar was empty. No water bottles in the room. We went to a shop around the corner to buy something to drink and asked for some ice in the reception, but they could not provide us with that. The next day we had to leave for the train at 12.30 and asked for a late check out. Difficult. But: The room was clean and the location is just great. 5min from the place de Casion and just around the corner from the hotel is the marked with great cafe and breakfast.

The Olympia Hotel , in ((belle époque style)), intimate and confortabel three-star hotel, is situated on the border line on the Monte-Carlo central area, wich allows you to reach very easily a great number of restaurants and shops, as well as other places of interest: the Casino, the Auditorium Centre of Congress, the "café de Paris", the Thermal Baths, the Harbour, the Princess Grace Theatre, the Grimaldi Forum, the Larvotto Baach, the Monte-Carlo Country Club, the Sporting Club etc.

Reviewed By lousallyI’m hesitating to write this review as I’d rather like to keep this absolute gem a secret. Firstly the description of the location is a bit misleading – in a good way. We had thought it was quite a long way out but in fact its very central. 10 minutes walk to the Casino. 10 minutes walk to the train station. 5 minutes to the bus stop to take us to the Tennis (which was why we there there) and then only 10 minutes on the bus to the Monte Carlo Country Club and the tournament. Our room was clean and comfortable. Not a huge amount of space so lots of clothes and towels draped over chairs and backs of doors etc but it’s a 3 star hotel so that’s fine. Good walk in shower, shower gel provided, plus shower caps etc and hairdryer. Breakfast was extra at 12 Euros per person. I had hoped this was included but never mind. It was served in the bar area and there was a reasonably good choice. Great coffee! Staff were friendly and helpful and this hotel is very reasonably priced for Monaco. It also had single rooms which was great for our travelling companion who was single. She regularly comes for the tennis and said she will definitely stay here again. It was perfect really. Don’t all rush at once.

Good value hotel with delightful staff
Reviewed By AnnG28We visited the Azur Hotel in Beausoleil for the Monaco Historique Grand Prix this weekend and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean but no frills. The rooms are clean and tidy, the shower in our room was wonderful and better than some in smarter hotels. The location is great and 5 minutes walk to Casino Square in Monaco. The best bit however was the lovely staff - all so very helpful and delightful. Special thanks to Gino for serving a great breakfast every day with such a cheerful manner and understanding our mixed attempts at French and Italian! To all the staff, a big thank you.

This is by far the worst hotel I stayed in.
Reviewed By vremeni41/ The mattress was so overused that you fall in the middle. 2/ View is on the trash from the window. 3/ Broken furniture not able to use it. 4/ It looks like a room from a horror movie. 5/ Green light on the ceiling blinking the whole night. Air-conditioning produces very strange sounds. 6/ Pubic Hair on the bed underneath the sheets. 7/ Dirty shower 8/ I Left after the first night they charged me for 4nights. 9/ service is not helpful at all.

L’appartamento, io sono stato in quello del terzo piano, molto molto pulito, carino con una bella vista, il letto comodissimo, e dal balcone, una bella vista. Bagno spazioso con box doccia. Un grande televisore con i canali locali e di Monaco e la macchietta per il caffè Nespresso e le cialde comprese! Veramente a pochi passi da Monaco. Super consigliato !!

Reviewed By MIG_OLYDo not expect much. The location is close to Monaco and thats about the best you can say. The rooms are small and really outdated and the beds are not too comfortable either. The bathroom reminds you of an old french movie, with no shower curtains over the bathtub and no space around the toilet. Like I said, its close to Monaco. The rest you can forget.
