The hotel offers cosy and ample rooms with free Wi-Fi, and a restaurant, a cafe and a bar for guests to relax in after a day out exploring the great outdoors. Covered motorbike parking is also available on site. Ainsa is an attractive historical town with interesting monuments from remaining parts of the 11th century defensive wall to the 16th century castle. In addition, there is a well-preserved town square and all with impressive mountain peaks as the backdrop. Reviewed By AlantheTrekkerWe chose this hotel primarily for the fact that it had secure parking, but it turned out to be a good all round choice. It has an excellent quiet guests lounge with a balcony for sunnier months. It also has two one site restaurants,one a formal restaurant and one a bar cafeteria. We ate in both, and whilst the formal one was not great (maybe we just chose badly) the bar / cafeteria was great for either a light meal or just a drink.

fab hotel in a lovely village
Reviewed By LBBelfastwe stayed here for 2 days early October whilst travelling through Spain, we stayed in a double superior room which had a bedroom, living room and a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. Very spacious, spotless and décor is lovely and modern including the bathroom. The breakfast is particularly good with extensive range of items. the roof terrace is fab and we went up there for a couple of hours after returning from sightseeing each day and we had the place to ourselves. The weather was very good, about 22c. The hot tub wasn't open but this was probably due to the time of year. Beautiful views from here to the mountains in the distance. We ate in the hotel and can recommend the club sandwich with chips which was massive.The old town is about 10 minutes walk uphill and this is a beautiful place to walk around, both in the day and evening.

Small and discreet hotel with captivation placed in the Major, ideal Plaza for the rest and the tranquility that can provide the hotel and his environment to him. Our rooms, different each one, are wide and comfortable. We guarantee an excellent stay since with this aim we work daily.
Right in the center of town on Plaza Mayor... but quiet rooms!
Reviewed By TravellingJanWe were able to drive right up to the door to unload, then go to the parking lot, a 5 min walk away, to park. Be aware that no one is there all the time, so you just call and she comes in a few minutes. No problem. The room we had was on the mountain view side of the hotel vs the Plaza and we were glad because of the great view and it was quiet too! Very comfortable and nice in every way. She accomodated us and prepared our delicious breakfast early both mornings because we had to leave for jeep trips. Being right on the Plaza was great as there was a festival one of the nights right there and it was really special to walk about Ainsa at night all lit up. Like a movie set!! Definitely stay in Ainsa and especially stay at Los Arcos.

Rooms are big and comfortable enough but the style is rustic and quite basic so not what I would normally choose (booked by a travel agent). It’s good value for money and in a great location for local tourism and walking.

Great facilities for cyclists, modern room in a lovely town
Reviewed By 289dawnwWe had a studio with terrace from which we could see the old town and the Pena Montanesa. It is spacious with a very comfortable king size bed (2 singles together), small kitchen, dining table, sofa and large bathroom. The small terrace has a table and chairs and enough space to dry laundry on the rack provided. It was spotlessly clean. There is a free laundry in the basement using tokens obtained from reception. Reception staff are super helpful. Breakfast is free and no longer a buffet due to Covid. The choice includes items from pastries, toast, eggs, tortillas and fruit. There is easily enough to fuel up before a cycle ride. The cycle garage is in the basement and accessed by the room key. It has lots of racks with charging points for e-bikes. There is a shower for bikes and for cyclists, a sluice, plenty of cloths to wipe bikes down with, toilet, some tools left out and bike routes on the walls. It is a really great facility. Free municipal parking is behind the hotel and you can reserve a space in the basement garage for a fee. The Zona Zero bike routes are easy to download and the routes are very clearly way marked. You have to congratulate the people behind this project - it is amazing. The green routes were fine for us but there are lots of red and some black routes. The routes we did included climbs, very quiet roads and tracks. The scenery is spectacular. It is possible to hire good bikes at several stores in Ainsa. There are clear Covid rules and the whole place feels very safe.

Great location and excellent price
Reviewed By GentlemanexplorerWe stayed at the Hostal Dos Rios, which is connected to the Hotel and I'm not sure how the two differ except the hostal has lower prices. My room was small but perfect for one person, with great air conditioning when I needed it and a great bathroom. I slept very well and the wi-fi worked great. Booking an extra night on the spot was not a problem when I stayed there. Staff were professional, but when I went down to look at the overpriced buffet, I felt highly pressured to stay and choose it when I just wanted to take a look. I would have been happier elsewhere, which was what I did for breakfast the next day. Location is great in the center of the modern town and a short walk from the beautiful old town. The restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent and I would recommend it as well.

Reviewed By SkiondownLeaving Sort behind and rather than the usual N260 I went via Trempo. Tunnels and Gorges a plenty. Finally on the fairly crowded N260 to the Hotel. Easy to find with Secure Parking. The garage was indeed immaculate. Easy check in and the room was fine. The staff were nice and I could have stayed longer than the two days. Nice Coffee and Tapas locally. Recommended. Great biking roads.

Wonderful place to stay
Reviewed By rijsbaGreat location - 2 blocks from the old city, right on the river with a private balcony overlooking. Superb food in the hotel restaurant. Large, clean, very comfortable accommodations. The staff were warm and very helpful. Best of all, the price was incredibly reasonable. Not a negative thing to say about this fantastic establishment.

Reviewed By giannis12584It is a hotel on the central road that leads you at Ainsa.About 15 minutes on foot for the old village of Ainsa. There is alarge parking beside the hotel.The building is old and the room clean but i think needs a renovation.A bit expensive for the money.

Reviewed By Francescarusso74We stayed at the family room at top floor and it was just amazing. Great vistas from the windows (see pics). Location is great. The owner is a very nice fellow who owns a top rated restaurant on main square serving excellent local specialties. Highly recommended.
