An excellent place to unwind and enjoy nature
Reviewed By Noemí FThe apartments are very well, very clean and well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom ...). Mariano and Silvia cares all the details, and they are very attentive and charming. Mariano prepares delicious breakfasts and you can order food to eat in your apartment. You can also try the hands of Silvia with a relaxing massage. Surp is ten minutes of Sort and five minutes of Rialp, in a place with spectacular views, surrounded by mountains and forests. If you need to disconnect from the routine, connect with nature and relax, this is the place.

Lost its way
Reviewed By mikerosenberg2201I have stayed at Boi Taull Resort a number of times over the years and have taken my family to the Apartments since my girls were children. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable but the management seems to have allowed the family nature of the place slip away. We will not be going back. On New Year's Eve we were next to a group of young adults (mid twenties maybe) who partied hard unitl 4:00 AM making it impossible to sleep. One could argue that it was a special night but this group was only at the place for 24 hours and only came to party. Two nights later the room was occupied by professional rugby players who were literally wrestling at 1:00 Am! In the past, the only sound you would hear in the lace was a baby crying. It is really a pity that the current management has not kept the family nature of the place. The hotel is an easy 10 minutes drive from a great, small ski station which is again great for kids and still has a few challenging runs for adults. An added problem is that the new boilers in the rooms are badly adjusted so that the water never really got hot even though we had the mtc. techs in twice. The problem has to do with the freezing cold water which comes in from the street. The entire complex was on the verge of bankruptcy last year but rather than fixing things, it seems the management is just letting it keep running. The only bright spot is that many of the staff members are truly nice people and did their best for us although one got the feeling that they were doing more out of their own sense of service than any support from management.

Really nice place
Reviewed By Thomas1406Stayed in one of their apartments for one night, and were very happy with our stay. Had an apartment from the same company in Zaragoza, but where a bit disappointed there. Here however, everything was in place, although Lleida as a city was all other than impressive. Apartments are modern, clean and centrally located. Parking is through an car elevator (my first experience) at an additional cost. Only things I would like them to improve is that they charge for baby cot which is unusual (only time I've paid is at their other property), and that the front desk is not manned the whole day, so we had to check in at a hotel a few kilometers away.

Reviewed By Lluís SThey have a daily menu 18€ very correct. The rooms are clean and nice. He old part of the hotel is correct and the new one very nice. They have spa ready for the guests. It is a pity that trip advisor do not allows reviews in catalan.

Big, comfortable and calm apartment
Reviewed By Anna MI went just one night but the 5 of us are looking forward to come back there! The apartment was very clean, very big for 6 people, comfortable and it has everywhing you need (in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms). I recommend this place for everyone! Also, it is cheap for what they offer. I really liked to be in the middle of nowhere with my friends.

Reviewed By UkusinAt first glance apartments are very nice and welcoming. Very roomy and well equipped. Main problem is the shower. Very small and issues with the hot water that comes and goes. Staff is very nice but with significant language problems (if you are mot speaking spanish) only the girl speaks English, the others not even a little. You can get a one hour family private spa which includes a Jacuzzi and sauna. Nice but not very clean. Hotel has a playing area for kids tgat includes ping pong fooball and Billiard. Boi is a whole is quite forsaken which I found surprising as its one of the two starting point for Auiguastores. Village is tiney with very few restaurants. Hotel is 1 min walking from the Auiguastores taxi service

We have several apartments in a private residential area in Baqueira Beret. You can enjoy a quiet home environment with astonishing mountain views.Each apartment can accomodate from 6 to 8 people. They have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equiped kitchen, a living room overlooking the mountains and an indoor parking place. We are located at an altitude of 1.700 meters, in front of La pleta by Rafaelhoteles Hotel, just 300 meters away from sky slopes. Ski boutiques, coffee shops and pubs are 500 m awayWe offer daily free shuttle from the apartment to the sky slopes every 20 minutes.Wi-fi conexion is offered in the surrounded area and a 10% off in ski hire in the boutique 300 meters away.
AVOID: disgusting conditions + reeking of smoke.

Management contacted me privately and offered me a cheaper price to cancel and book directly so stupidly, we agreed. We rented a chalet for 6 days to spend the Christmas holiday with our 3 young daughters. We arrived to the accommodation in the evening and paid in full at the desk - still 550€ per night!!!! We walked in and it reeked of smoke. Literally every room was impossible to stand, like the previous renters chain-smoked in bed. I asked to change the chalet and even though it was advertised as non-smoking, my request was quickly turned down as everything was booked. As we had paid directly, we had no options. It was clearly not properly cleaned from the previous renters. The floor was so dirty my black socks had grey bottoms. The manager offered to clean the place the next day so we were forced to stay uncomfortably the night in the chalet. They came the next day and changed the curtains and bedding as they agreed. They certainly doused the place some horribly chemical spray to cover the smell, but 2 days after, due to the smoke being embedded in the pillows, couch, the mattresses it came back. It was Christmas so we just didn't want to spoil our holiday further by fighting with management. At the price we paid, we expected a luxurious accommodation but many things were filthy and unkept (dishes with dried food, walls with hand prints, dirty sponges in the kitchen), broken dishware or missing items (no blow dryer) - even old chewing gum on the balcony. But that was not the worst. On the last day, I was packing and the sheet had pulled back off the mattress. There was no mattress protector, and I saw the stains. I was almost sick at the sight. Fluid-drenched and dried. And looked as if it had been peed on, and dragged down the street. Obviously management and the cleaning staff is aware of the poor, unhygienic conditions, and this standard is acceptable for their guests. The manager ignored my request for a response to this matter. I wrote several times and his assistant said I was harassing them!! Do avoid this chalet at all cost.

Reviewed By HpenhallWe would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Espot. It is in a lovely, quiet location with superb mountain views but only a few minutes away from the main village. It is very clean and well equipped, private underground parking and has all amenities. We had a two bedroomed apartment with a very large terrace which was lovely for sitting out in the evening sun. The owners are just lovely - very friendly and helpful. They can give advice on everything from the weather to the best walks to do. They really went out of their way to make our stay special. Their restaurant is good and serves excellent coffee to get you going in the morning. Also good to get your take-away boccadillos. The best place to stay in Espot!
