Awful place stay away

Reviewed By glenriskaGroup of 4 young women. Had a fab top floor 2bed apartment. We were the only ones on the complex, bar a couple of locals in their own. 6 out of 7 days, we had the place to ourselves. Ideal for ‘doorstep beach’. Your own private access. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Only thing missing is a kettle! Defo stay out of season again. No sun loungers allowed by the pool. On site residents rules apparently; otherwise I would have given it 5*.

Reviewed By Charlie-m18We had a 6 night stay here as part of our twin centre with Portugal, the apartments are really large 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom we had a top floor one overlooking the pools & sea, we saw fantastic sunrises & sunsets on the large balcony. Great cooking facilities we ate in some nights, along with dishwasher & washing machine. Great pressure on the shower, & a bonus having baths as well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that wifi is only in the reception area which is a pain unless you don't mind using data roaming all the time. Also Northern European guests who love a Kettle in the room!!! We ate in the Buffet one evening which had an excellent choice & a good well priced wine list. We would return.

Apartments on the beach. From the terrace you can see a fantastic sunrise and sunset. It is a family hotel in a quiet key. 5 minutes from downtown in a relaxing stroll. Are old apartments, while we strive to improve year after year. It's best for your situation. For those who love the beach. Not having to travel to get to it.
The ocean is much closer than you can imagine
Reviewed By KaTsy31Well, chose this apartment in order to be close to the beach. But it's much closer than you expect! We had a big, comfortable room, equipped with all the necessary things. The hotel has its own exit on the beach. It's tremendous! You can go there whenever you want and nobody will disturb you. Frankly speaking, at night the beach was absolutely empty :) Maybe the reason was the season hadn't started yet. Anyway, only good impressions both about the staff and the rooms. It was so good that we decided to stay one night more

Disappointed!
Reviewed By JCM2009The location was great, near the sea and town centre, a large supermarket nearby. The apartment was adequate with a large balcony overlooking the sea. However, although it was advertised with satellite and cable tv, there was only a limited amount of Spanish TV channels. We booked half board, this was a joke, for dinner we were offered a choice of two small plates of food (no bigger than a teaplate) There was limited choice, I had a few ham croquettes six chips for one plate and three small pieces of grilled chicken, again, with a few chips for my second plate again on a small plate, a small glass of wine and a small icecream. Breakfast was worse, One cup of coffee, one orange juice, one small tub of butter and jam a small dish of ham and one piece of bread! Possibly the worst half board option I have ever experienced making the cost of the stay expensive as we had to go out and obtain a proper breakfast. As there is no reception at the hotel you have to arrange a time with Alexandra to check in, I also noticed my bank card details and expiry date wrote on a piece of paper which she brought with her when we checked in, I had to ask her to remove them, I was not happy about this. They offer an underground car park at the cost of 8 euros a day worth having but quite expensive.

Reviewed By 393enriquelApartamento ubicado en una zona magnífica de Punta del Moral, (junto al hotel Iberostar), en primer línea de playa. Cuenta con parking amplio asignado (incluido en el precio) al que se accede por ascensor. Tiene una piscina fantástica con duchas. Todo muy higiénico para prevenir la covid19. El apartamento muy espacioso. Dispone de dos habitaciones dobles con baño, y un salón-cocina con sofá cama. La cocina está equipada de electrodomésticos (nevera, lavadora, microondas, tostadora..., pero sin lavavajillas). Tiene una terraza con unas vistas magníficas a la piscina y la playa. Tambien tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Es perfecto para una familia de cuatro o cinco personas. Sin embargo, tiene dos aspectos negativo. Primero, necesita mantenimiento. Se ve muy "usado". Las cortinas no funcionan bien, las puertas de acceso a la terraza abren con dificultad, los baños a veces huelen mal... Segundo, no dispone de wifi, algo casi imperdonable hoy día. En definitiva, lo recomendaría por su ubicación e instalaciones, pero no por su estado. La cocina y los baños necesitan una reforma profunda.

Perfect for walking holiday
Reviewed By Maureen600Stayed here with a group of 19 from the UK on a walking holiday organised by Nordic Walking Fit, Dorset. This is a small Hotel near the centre of the Galaroza, a perfect Spanish village to use as a base for walking the amazing trails nearby. The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms are decorated to a high standard - traditional and a bit rustic. Some might say "basic" but it has everything you might need. The bed was very comfortable. Very nice swimming pool. I hope to stay here again in the future. Breakfast was a bit different to the usual British tastes - nothing cooked and no cereal or fruit juice but no doubt if you wanted more you could ask. They were very accommodating to our wishes.
