Reviewed By torsp2022Before arriving I was slightly worried about the bad reviews but once I arrived I was put at ease………. Hotel very clean, bedrooms spacious and lovely view of the pool. Staff friendly Read some reviews about pool being cold but not at all…….. kids loved all the slides. Food was ok would occasionally struggle to find something to eat for my little boy, but he enjoyed the cakes and chocolate fountain. Sun on the pool all day ? Loved the big screen tvs around the pool Had to be up early for a decent sun bed spot, but that was fine with us. Entertainment was good for the kids Lovely little town with a beautiful beach Taxi to Benidorm cost 16 euros- old town is definitely worth a visit. Only problem was the lifts as they were very slow sometimes it was quicker to just walk but after a hot day you don’t want to be walking to the 9th floor ? Would definitely visit again. Reviewed By FionaF153Positives Rooms are lovely and modern, beds comfortable, staff nice, close to shops and a fab bar for food the plaza think it was called, the guy doing entertainment around the pool is a one man show but seems to do the work of 3 people effortlessly. Air con was good, shower great, balcony massive, washing machines in basement at 4 euro but fit massive load, close to beach, Negatives, First if you don't want a view of a tin cigarette covered roof ask for higher floor. We asked to be moved. Apparently there is a special way to open patio doors or screws stick out or bits fall off them. Pool very hard to enter if mobility problems as ladder the handles are to low and walking in goes at a slope I found difficult. No drawers in the rooms for clothing, Although they state no stag or hen parties plenty in this hotel. Pool rowdy with groups of young guys, plastic sun lougers some don't even adjust at head rest. Very uncomfortable, seen a girl put cigarettes out on tiles at pool it also states no smoking at pool, told member of staff nothing was said. Disgusting at a pool especially when kids are running around, We just went to the beach as pool area was OK if you were in party mode. This hotel could be a wee gem but should state they allow hen and stags. Shame because it would be a great family hotel

It is located on a quiet pedestrian street, but the location is right in the center of everything. Plenty of great places to eat and chill out.Bed super-comfortable - 10 out of 10. Incredible staff. Always willing to help. Would not hesitate in repeating or recommending.Will definitely be going back and hopefully the Barbara will have a room for us ?

The complex is on a very beautifull location in Benidorm with mountains on one side in de near distance and on the other side a very big Golf court. For people with kids it is a great location for your temporary stay with a nice swimmingpool, gym. The appartments are great with a nice big balcony with sight on the Golf court and in de far distance you can see the blue sea with beautifull tower appartments marked as the skyline of Benidorm. A special thank you to Raquel of the reception and our hostes: You have been very kind to us and very helpfull and gave us an excellent service during our stay. You are the best ( Jij bent de beste)!! I would recommend Pierre & Vacances Benidorm Poniente to everyone. Thierry & Sylvia from Holland

Good for stags and hens… don’t go if you want to actually eat in the room
Reviewed By R6969QYoliviamCame here for a hen do, the hotel is perfect for stags and hens as it is very loud on a night. The room was a great size but there was no mirrors which was a struggle for 4 girls. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean (although it didn’t get cleaned whilst we were staying there). We kept having to ask for toilet roll because we were only given one. The shower was pretty awful because the shower curtain did not protect the bathroom so there was water everywhere every time someone got a shower. The toilet was very close to the shower too so you kind of had to sit at a bit of an angle to use it. Our air conditioning was rubbish but we just dealt with it. Our friends air con was fine. There was no balcony but my friends who smoked just stood on the landing as it was outdoors. We couldn’t work out the safe either. The people at reception were helpful though and I’m sure would have helped if we had asked. I would say the property is “room only” even though it had a microwave and a fridge there were no plates, cutlery or glasses. So, that wasn’t great. We paid the £150 per room with cash which we got on the last day. There was only two room keys but the reception has a master key. The bar/ club was great ? Steve was fantastic and we all got a free shot on arrival. The music was good and drinks were very reasonably priced. The location was quite good although quite far from tiki beach etc. it was within walking distance but because it was so hot we got taxis. It was about 7€ and similar to the old town. Old town was absolutely beautiful and we got some lovely food. Some of the reviews said that the pool area was shaded. It got shade for probably an hour a day. There were plenty of beds and we didn’t struggle. I didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment but there is a supermarket near by. I’m not sure how hygienic the pool was as I didn’t see it ever being checked (that’s not to say It wasn’t). The atmosphere was great round the pool and we enjoyed the foam.

Reviewed By MandyN926We booked with loveholidays and had paid for transfers which didn’t show so we were off to a good start ! We paid for a taxi and on arrival at Lloyd’s beach club we were greeted with the lady on reception saying “No English” so although the website says they speak English this is not true and although she was pleasant she really didn’t speak any English! We had paid extra for a sea view room which we got but what they don’t tell you is these have no bath just a shower and the rooms are very old and dated , the roof terrace was a bonus and lovely views . We had the bar underneath our room which pumped out music until 2.30am-3am every night and then between them and the restaurant tidying up and crashing glasses this made for completely crappy sleep ! Other reviews say quiet hotel I really don’t understand, we also had Spanish neighbours who brought their dog - we had no idea animals were allowed at this hotel and would not have booked if we had known - poor thing would bark all day and all night and we did complain but “no English “ lady really didn’t understand! This was not a cheap hotel and feel completely misled by loveholidays who we will never use again , we even came home early which is something we’ve never done before !!! All numbers loveholidays gave us cut off or were unrecognised and felt completely let down and on our own My advise look elsewhere as absolute waste of money
