The 10 best Condos in New Hampshire, United States

April 19, 2023 Malia Yoakum

If you are looking for diversity, you will certainly find it in New Hampshire. From lakes to beaches, waterfalls to woods and mountains to sea coast, the state has huge potential for outdoor vacations, including downhill or cross-country skiing in winter. With no less than seventy-five state parks that offer natural areas, hiking trails, beaches and historic sites, New Hampshire caters for a variety of tastes. Crawford Notch State Park in Harts Location has picturesque waterfalls, wonderful mountain views and opportunities for viewing wildlife. You can go hiking and fishing there as well as pay a visit to the historic Willey House. Monadnock State Park, unlike some other state parks, is open all year round for hiking. Want to go swimming? You will find five state park beaches along the coast of New Hampshire, such as Wallis Sands with its view of the rocky Isles of Shoals. On North Hampton State Beach and Jenness Beach you can have a picnic as well as a swim. When you've finally had your fill of fresh air, head for the Museum of New Hampshire History in Concord with exhibits focusing on heritage and traditions; children should enjoy them just as much as adults.

With Covid still in play the resort was short staffed . They managed to get things done the best they could with the help from the guests. I can’t speak for anyone else but it all worked out. The resort is older but you can see that the owners are doing upgrades to improve everything. The room we had you could really see the improvements. Over all we had a great trip.

Excellent accommodations. Very professional and yet friendly people: Tercia, John, and staff. Good value. Perfect for our 12-man golf trip: 3 nice units all near each other. All 12 get a private bedroom or a private bedroom area. The hotel-style management service is much better than renting directly from a private property owner through a rental service. This is our automatic go to place.

Omni Property - Mount Washington Place, unit 2038

We arrived on Thursday, July 1st for a large family gathering to find our unit in disrepair and inadequately cleaned. After coming to the Mount Washington Resort properties for 20 plus years, this was very disappointing. Here is a partial list: 1) Back door to deck sticks to the point it may come off hinges when trying to access the deck, 2) Fridge storage shelving broken in multiple places making 1/4 of fridge not useable, 3) Not adequately cleaned/ vacuumed upon arrival, 4) Stove top cracked, 5) No screens in master bedroom (no AC), 6) Very uncomfortable mattresses that have springs you feel with slight pressure. Since we booked through Omni and paid premium price $1700+/night our expectations on the level of comfort were much higher.

Check in and out process was very easy. We had a loft one bedroom, definitely room enough for the three of us. Two bathroom was key for sure, just wish the upstairs shower was a little bigger, and the sink areas in both bathrroms had a enough room to put things down. Condo was clean and area was very convenient location.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$

Reviewed By Zanyzumba

This place used to be our ultimate to go to place in Laconia. However now with the takeover of the new despicable management team I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! The prices have quadrupled, nobody is taking care of this place, they are charging phenomenal resort fees etc. and this by no means is a resort. They do have a swimming pool that used to always be crystal clear and well attended to on our recent visit there was nobody on the premisis no one at front desk, nobody to give door codes etc. the pool was filthy cloudy, filter not working gross. And nobody to call! While there fire alarm went off and nobody to call firemen came and could not reach anybody from cedar lodge. RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! GROSS! THERE IS NO STAFF HERE NOBODY TO TALK TO!!!!

My husband and our 13 y/o son and 2 of his friends stayed here for a long weekend over 4th of July , nice & spacious for all of us. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect , the boys had their own bedroom & bathroom , plenty of space for the boys to hang out in their room and/or the kitchen / living room area and my husband and I had just enough privacy having our own bedroom & bathroom (showers are a little small, but good enough for quick showers after a long day at the beach and in the morning ) Kitchen was good size, perfect for making Sunday breakfast for the family !!! Location is great, right in the center of everything !! Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful!! Thanks for the great prices Leo, especially for such a popular time to stay !!! We'll definitely be back next summer !!!

Stay Away From This Place

We booked our room for a wedding, but nobody told us the room is in an unfinished building. It smells like crap and it’s literally located inside a construction site. The workers started banging on the wall at 6 am. We couldn’t sleep at all. It’s funny they didn’t let us know about this until we arrived, so we couldn’t cancel the reservation and book another place. The whole experience is absolute terrible. I suggest everyone avoid this place when planning their weddings, unless you want your guests sleep inside a construction site.

Great Location for vising White Moutains

The location was excellent for visiting the White Mountains. However, the Resort was nice but needs to be maintained better especially the hot tub which was lacking/missing tiles. Our unit was minimalist at best. It was outdated, and furniture with basic hotel type of furniture. The kitchen was lacking in many supplies, example knives
