An absolute mess
Reviewed By TimythetravellerThe property is not managed well, no working showers or lights in the rooms we stayed. The maintenance staff tried their best but for no avail. Unclear is the fact that they wait for customers to complain. That is an absolute mis-management and poor hotel operation. Hallways stink badly - no idea what the hell is going on with the swear system or something else. The reception is unfriendly and they lack customer service skills. The only positive thing is the hotel staff - they made our stay feel better. Overall not worth the money they charge.

You will be made to feel very welcome! Everything was as the website described. Fantastic central location, quiet and clean environment. Great garden. Super nice and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. No power outages and working wi-fi all made my stay very stress free. I would recommend Riverside Apartment Hotel to anyone who is looking for a safe, comfortable, and clean accommodation on your next visit to Addis.

Reviewed By birhanut2020The Annex Guest House is an excellent in-terms value for money, location, cleanliness, wide-open area, services, and well-trained staff who can speak in English. Internet was good speed in the room. The shared kitchen facilities were also acceptable. Breakfast was slim, they need to improve the flow of water in the bathrooms. I will visit next times also as my stay was comfortable.

Reviewed By 719leamDuring our stay from mid November 2020 to mid January 2021 at BMore Apartment Hotel, it provided us with all necessary amenities, including 24/7 security, power supply and Wifi. The hotel is efficiently managed, staff is really friendly, and always helpful. Great location off the main road with walking distance to cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Really enjoyed :)

What I didn’t like was that they have advertised that you can pay with credit card but they were only accepting cash that the machine was not working. The room at second floor seems clean and bathroom as well with nice warm water. WiFi seemed to work good couldn’t complain and the breakfast omelette was good for the most part and the orange juice. Even though it was a short stay I’d probably give it another chance if I return. Sí hablas español pues solo digo que este hotel es decente con cuarto limpio y el wifi bien. El desayuno era decente. El precio no tan mal para quedar aquí un noche.

Reviewed By Miriam_D_LucknerWell I had a bad experience staying at this apartment. As a tourist and first time to my country I wasn’t treated well. I had to buy my own toilet paper and dishwasher. I had no idea where to get those and asked the receptionists to help me and the response I got was very disappointing. I had to walk about 30 minutes to find a supermarket. Place is clean and spacious but there are lots of construction work going on around the building. Surrounding is filled with debris and construction stuff. Couldn’t get to stay inside the apartment during the day time due to heavy constriction trucks passing, loading and unloading. Very laud construction sound throughout the day which made me leave at the end before I was done with my mission in Addis Ababa. I had to move to another hotel near by the Edna cinema. Better and cheaper. Oh and parking space is only for 4-5 cars and my taxi driver had a hard time fining a parking space.

Reviewed By SoundFrequenciesThis is a great place to stay if you need a base in Addis for 10 days or more (the minimum required). Apartments are clean, modern and spacious. Quality building materials and furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen are in each unit. (Bring your own towels, soap, etc. as this is not a hotel). There are not that many units - only 3 on each floor, so consider yourself lucky if you get a booking. Having the excellent The Canteen Restaurant downstairs is convenient. This place was worth keeping a secret... but the secret is now out.
