Relaxing laid back self catering choice
Reviewed By LisaA6545Lovely aparthotel that is central & easy to get to from station. Swimming pool with sunbeds to relax when back from sightseeing. Friendly staff, breakfast was included. It was great to have cooking facilities as Switzerland can be expensive for eating out. Central on lake - balcony was decked out nicely and pizzeria next door did marvelous gluten free take away pizzas so we were happy about this. Recommend this place if you want laid back, central, relaxing and a friendly self catering option.

The adjustments made gave us the feeling that they have everything under control and made our stay truly relaxing. Recommedations of things to see and do were excellent and we had quite a few memorable firsts. The resort will remain a fixture in our annual planning. Thank you Tina and team.

Reviewed By Freedom00062408380Super schön. Alles neu, gepflegt und super modern. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und eine kleine Einführung in das Zimmer, gab es anschließend auch. Die Minibar war mit leckeren Getränken gefüllt und einen guten Cappuccino konnte man sich am Empfang holen. Leider hatten wir eine Nacht verloren, aufgrund einer Autopanne. :( Wären gerne noch länger geblieben, aber die Reise musste weiter gehen. :) Wir kommen super gerne wieder und wir sind einfach nur happy, dass unser Urlaub nach der Panne endlich so schön beginnen konnte.:)

Reviewed By 610LobitaWell it is true that I was looking for a cheap place because I knew that I would spend very little time the room and 1 and a half nights outside over 3 nights; but this place was quite disappointing in spite of the lower fare. In the end 100 CHF per night is not much in Switzerland but still for such a price you should get something correct. Now there was no internet connection during the 3 days, in spite of what their webpage promised; the district is terribly noisy and the apartment grows very hot in the heat of the day, no air conditioning; I even found some small fragments of a broken mirror on the ground that had not been swept away. Yes it was quite terrible.

È stata UN ESPERIENZA orribile perchè ad aspettarli il 14 novembre 2019 c'erano uno scorpione di 4 cm e i cuccioli sparsi per la doccia! Provvediamo a contattare la proprietà che pensavo fosse sorpresa quanto noi , invece ci hanno risposto molto tranquillamente di prendere l'aspirapolvere e provvedere noi a sistemare la questione, che gli scorpioni sono innocui .... NOI SIAMO STATI RIMBORSATI DEL INTERNO IMPORTO DA BOOKING MENTRE LA SIGNORE DA 160 CHF PAGATI VOLEVA RESTITURCI 38 CHF !

Reviewed By SusanneElseThe castle-like property in Lugano-Castagnola-Cortivo (located near the lake) in the middle of a mediterrainean garden with wonderful views of the Lake Lugano and the nearby mountains located is something special. Equipment and general condition is first class and according to the information on the internet. The 2-rooms-apartment MAGNOLIE for two people has its own entrance from the outside. A tasty one equipment with antique furniture and modern comfort (such as air conditioning, kitchenette etc.) offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful view from the balcony with dinining area and large awning with electric handing. Distance: To lake with boat-and bathstege ca. 150 metres, centre Lugano 2 km, either on foot along the Lake road and through the City Park or by bus, a bus stop within 300 m. The Italian border is 4 km away. There are many excursion options in the mountains and across Lake Lugano to Lake Como and Lake Maggiore, as well as public events in Lucano Recommended location

Reviewed By gdm1Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Leuten über Silvester eine Woche im Haus von Esther und Danielle. Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert. Esther und Danielle haben uns am Kirchplatz abgeholt, uns beim Tragen des Gepäcks geholfen und uns zum Haus geführt. Das Haus ist sehr heimelig, authentisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Qualität der Betten und Bettwäsche ist hervorragend. Da wir das ganze Haus hatten, standen uns zwei gut ausgestattete Küchen zur Verfügung - die eine sehr modern, die andere romantisch/antik. Das ganze Haus versprüht eine Athmosphäre in der man sich sehr schnell sehr wohl fühlt. Die Heizungen sind absolut klasse - das Wetter war sehr kalt. Ausserdem steht ein Kaminofen und in der unteren Küche ein offener Kamin zur Verfügung. Das nötige Holz stellen Esther und Danielle pro Korb für einen geringen Unkostenbeitrag bereit. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, wir alle kommen gerne wieder.

Reviewed By Izabel PWir haben 5 Nächte übernachtet in Apartment Nr: 7. Schöne Wohnung, schöner Sitzplatz. Wir waren 2 Personen, es können aber mindestens 4 Erwachsene übernachten, im Wohnzimmer sind noch 2 Sofas wo man ausziehen kann. Badezimmer ist modern, Wasser in der Dusche läuft nicht schnell ab aber es macht keine Überschwemmung. Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, sogar Geschirrspülertabs sind vorhanden. Betten sind bequem, Kissen nicht unbedingt. Ein Veloraum ist vorhanden, Parkplatz konnten wir für Fr. 5.--/Nacht dazumieten Alles in allem super Wohnung, 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Würde sicher gerne wiederkommen.

beautiful place to stay right on lake
Reviewed By Steven Pthoroughly beaitiful place to stay right on the lake with off road parking and wifi in the little village of Porto Ronco. If you have time make sure you walk up to Ronco and enjoy the (car free) cobble stone streets. A highlight of our trip.
