RUDEST MANAGEMENT I’VE EVER MET!!!

Reviewed By N4530JBemilyw

Absolutely rude and lying management. Very unhelpful they seem to being going out of their way to make things difficult and hard for us. Do not stay here unless you are a permanent or tradie they do not care about you. Wouldn’t let us book in for family who were going to arrive late, and when they did book in they wouldn’t let them stay for a second night so absolutely no reason. Also very unhelpful we had to have a break replaced on our caravan and they told us to move the trailer of the person working on the break, even though we asked the neighbours if it was fine to park there just while they worked on it. Absolutely worst and most arrogant management I have ever met, do not stay here you will be disappointed if you need any help. Also disgusting and dirty cabins.

Good quality park

Stayed one night before heading through NSW. We had an ensuite powered site, facilities were clean. Unfortunately it wasn't long after the Qld floods, so the lagoon was still overfull (even the jetty was partly underwater). Incredible bird life around the park. Park was well maintained.

Not really pet friendly

Reviewed By glenncV5332FC

Booked a room that was designated 'pet friendly'. They contacted me after nearly two weeks of making my booking (and just a couple of days before I was to arrive) to ask if I was bringing a pet. Why would I book 'pet friendly' if I wasn't? After saying I was bringing a 12 week old kitten, that also had her own container, I was told there was a $15 pet surcharge. Why then is this charge not transparent when booking (booking.com) and why isn't such a clause outlined in the terms and conditions? The money is not the issue, but the lack of transparency and the way this was done is frankly outrageous. This possibly reflects poor management. I would suggest to anyone looking for 'pet friendly' accommodation in Toowoomba, consider looking elsewhere.

Standard clean cabin, wifi didn’t work

Reviewed By 800LisaH800

Friendly & efficient check in, and the cabin was clean. I’d probably book into an actual hotel or motel next time just for the convenience. Wifi didn’t work but they let me know the service is bad in Kingaroy in general and the walls of the cabin were thin so when I lent on the wall in the bedroom it moved.
