You can see the Aqueduct from the apartment (About 5 mins away) and the palace is about 15 - 20 minutes walk. If travelling by car or motorcycle the secure parking at 10 Euros per night in good value. No need to worry about finding the parking, as reception walked over and guided me into the parking area. Reception was so helpful in explaining where and how to get to the attraction in the town and surrounding area. If you wish you can walk around the town past the Aqueduct, the palace and the river in about 2 hours. Lots to do in the area. Will visit again and use this apartment. If looking for fruit and veg, go to the little veg shop just up the Main Street. Don't use the supermarket a little further up, as its expensive and the quality is not that good

Reviewed By EmeraldIsle1703Huge room and huge bed with great character, the bathroom was lovely too! We had a balcony on the Delegación de Haciendas, lovely building. The hotel is located in a great part, close to Plaza Mayor but in a quiet area. 3 buses leave from just in front of the hotel to go to Acuaducto. Staff was kind, welcoming and helpful. We recommend this place to stay!

The room is clean and this is a good place to stay if you wish to get a good rest in a nice room. It has everything you need near by and I strongly recommend it especially for a short stay.

Reviewed By 359kwangnamkLocated just near the Segovia Cathedral. Room is very small but clean. Not easy to communicate with host and when you arrived the hotel you have to call them. I think the staff were not in the office all times. Anyway, room is clean but very small. Most of all, the best thing is its location - Just near the cathedral and not just five to ten minutes' walk to Alcazar and Aqueduct.

The reception is at opposite street of the same name hostal, the staffs were very friendly. The room area is not large, but there are two beds (1 twin + 1 single), so it is good for family guests.

Parking available, automatic parking service, 21€/night because there is no where you can park in the Old town.

Great value for money. Step out, look right & there's the cathedral!

If I had read the reviews prior to booking it, insight not have discovered this gem. 1) Excellent Location - step out of the main door and on the right is the cathedral and Plaza Major 2) Around it, there are heaps of restaurants: to the right, left, in front and behind. One can never go hungry here. Though it is right in the heart of action, I was not disturbed by any noise. Perhaps it's the location of the room, the time of the year - winter & no one stays out in the wintry cold to paint the town red? 3) The Roman aquaduct & the Jewish quarters are all within walking distance from the Hostal. 4) Room size is OK for a double bed. More importantly, room is clean and the shower works perfectly. Hot water comes on almost instantly and the water pressure is so strong that water comes out like a torrential rainfall. 5) For that offer price of €22.50 per night, its truly one of the best value I have had. Imagine paying this compared to €18 for just a bed in a 4-bed dorm. 6) If you need information in English and you can be upset because the Hostal staff cannot offer it, there is the tourist information nearby: one near the aqueduct and another near St Martin Church. 7) The lady at the reception may not have a friendly disposition but they can be helpful if communication is understood. They speak little (almost none) English and I have extremely limited mastery of espanol but I managed to borrow a USB charger from them that evening without a hitch. The lack of English mastery could be the reason for her reticence. 8) If I ever return to Segovia, I will definitely book a room in this Hostal again.

Nice room but expensive

I was worried we were going to have trouble to get in as you don't have a proper key and everything is through an app, but it was ok and we didn't have any problem. We had some trouble with the heating as it didn't work at all in the toilet and in the room didn't work very well. They answered straight away when I told them though I gave up as it didn't seem to work, so I use another radiator that they had in the room. Overall I think it is expensive for what they offer.

Reviewed By Costantino PI stayed in this place for a few days only. The room is very basic and there is just the bed, bathroom and an old TV with no remote control. At the reception they don't guarantee a 24 service and we couldn't leave our luggage after check out because no one is going to stay there after 5 p.m. because the bar was going to close. It's look more like a bed&breakfast but without breakfast!

Good hostal
Reviewed By jh92travellerI paid 26euros for a single room with private bathroom, the room itself was good and included a tv, towels and shower gel, which was a nice surprise for a hostal. Everything was fine, the only bad points were the walls were a little thin as I could hear the sounds of the kitchen (although this may only be a problem with the room I had #5), and it is about a 20minute walk to the historic city centre. Although it is close to the local train station which is great if you need to use it at all.
