Stylish clean and great location
Reviewed By EyresLondonIf you want to avoid the hubbub of the town stay here. It is very highly maintained exceptionally clean great rooms and a v good breakfast. We were there in April and I can only imagine Rovinj the summer months - this was a little out of town. We drove as parking was east ( out of season) but I think a walk of 20 mins would get you in to town and back ( walk off to e great food and gelato!) We ate at Balbi - great food.

This guesthouse is a newly-built villa in one of the most popular districts of Rovinj. We are located 150 meters from the entrance of the Cuvi Natural Park, and 300 meters from the beautiful and famous Cuvi Bay and beach. It is only a ten-minute walk to the historical center of Rovinj.
Excellent stay and overall service
Reviewed By a_JulianWe had a wonderful two day rest to break a week long biking trip along the coast of Istria. The villa is a family run business, very modern, comfortable and well kept. The room was spacious, with a balcony (and enough plugs for charging) and a large washroom. The villa is about a 20 minutes walk to the town centre and 10 minutes away from the beach road that runs all along the shore. The breakfast was nice too. The courtyard had a beautiful pool with beach chairs and sun shades, it was a difficult choice between staying there or going to the beach. There are a few convenience stores, pharmacies and ATMs nearby. The owners made us feel at home and we would go back there anytime.

This is a pretentious hotel. Highly avoidable
Reviewed By SashMumbaiThere is just one solitary person in the hotel. Often, actually, very often, he is not to be seen. There is not a should otherwise. The hotel and rooms, make a valiant hotel at being arty, but fall quite miserably and spectacularly . The bathrooms are tiny, on the days that we stayed, room service failed to turn up. The breakfast starts late, at 8 pm, which is pretty late for most. Th breakfast is standard , I guess by European standards , I would fail to give anything higher than 4 on a 10 scale. The location is perhaps the only saving grace . This could have been such wonderful hotel, sadly, it seems to be resting on imagined laurels

Well that’s how I felt while staying in this modern and beautiful place! The whole building is brand new, modern arranged, insanely clean and perfectly organized. Especially in this challenging time - hygiene was on the TOP level! The ladies in dining room or reception were just amazing - polite, friendly and above all professional and highly reliable. Particularly thanks to Alica and Aleksandra, who made my stay unforgettable! Hopefully see you soon again next year! Thank you @ll!

The apartments are in a quiet residential street about 20-30 minutes walk from the old town and have their own private parking if you have a vehicle. Rooms are excellent with high quality furnishings and fast Internet. The hosts are very helpful and will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and find your way around Rovinj. Nearest supermarket is about 15-20 minutes walk if you need provisions. We enjoyed this place a lot.

Fantastic small hotel in Rovinj
Reviewed By ujkaduskoStayed with family for long weekend on the beginning of June. I wanted nice smaller hotel with private parking and walking distance from old town. I got everything and some more in Villa Armin. First, the staff is wery friendly, polite and professional. Second, the rooms are spotlessly clean, with nice furniture and large bathroom. Third, the breakfast has a lot of choices, the food is tasty, you can even have a breakfast in the garden, very cosy. Fourth, the private parking is perfect, it is behind the Villa and it is covered, so it keeps car cool on summer. The only potential downside that someone can complain about is locatio. Although it is no more than 10 min of walking from old town, if you want to go to beach by foot (you need about 20mins), but on the other hand that same location which is little bit on the hilly side is fantastic in the night since it is much cooler and airy than in the old town or nearer to the see and more enjoyable to have good sleep during night. So, in conclusion, it is fantastic bed and breakfast hotel which I would be very happy to return and stay again next time I am in Rovinj.

The staff members, Petra and Claudia were super knowledgeable and helpful with our itinerary planning for the Rovinj visit and our next stop.

Reviewed By Kirsten TWe hebben in het appartement en in een kamer gezeten. Het appartement is groot en heeft een redelijke keuken met eettafel en beschikt over een balkon. De kamer was veel kleiner maar wel met een koelkast, balkon. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Er is genoeg parkeerruimte naast het gebouw. Je kan lopend naar het centrum, maar wij hebben toch iedere keer de auto genomen. We vonden het net te ver.
