Great location, right next to the cathedral and a wonderful centuries old renovated building. Stuff were very kind and helpful and the bed very comfortable. Ubicación ideal justo al lado de la catedral. Un edificio antiguo impresionante con un servicio muy amable y unas camas muy cómodas.

A 9th century palace/house. right in the heart of the city, but with the characteristic warmth and welcoming silence of a convent, where you will be able to enjoy the freshness of its patio and a peaceful stay.
This is a beautiful historical home next to the cathedral in central Toledo with stunning Islamic architecture (beautiful arches and doors on a central courtyard). The welcome was warm and so helpful—Asun, the owner, gave us excellent recommendations for walks and food. The breakfast host was warm and generous and the food was great and other staff warm and friendly, too. We loved it here and wished we’d had more than one night!

The tone is set the moment you walk through the doors into a comfortable lobby adorned with fresh flowers. The service in the hotel is second to none. An impressive combination of easy going but always polite charm personality and superb efficiency. The rooms are tasteful, some in an opulent style, most with an elegant look using restful colours and fabrics. Bedrooms in many different designs display an astonishing attention to detail. Nothings is too much trouble here and the staff are slick and convivial from the receptionist who first greets you on your arrival to the waitresses and waiters who serve you.
Spent three days at this stunning and relaxing boutique hotel perched atop a hill overlooking the medieval city of Toledo. Most rooms at Cigarral de las Mercedes include a balcony overlooking the meticulously cared for grounds, a luxurious rain shower, and extremely comfortable and large beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the meals were bountiful and the event/wedding venue was simply jaw-dropping. Every corner you turn at Cigarral de las Mercedes is more beautiful than the last. Hard to imagine such a mesmerizing and dreamy location exists. Would whole heartedly recommend a stay and event here. Can’t say enough positive things!

Hostal Centro is really in the center of it all in Toledo, situated next to Plaza Zocodover, which could have been a problem if there weren't sound proof sliding doors towards the square. But there are! The sound blocking between the rooms aren't that good, though. Nice and friendly staff, spacious rooms and beds. All in all, we were very happy with our stay!

En el corazon del casco historico de Toledo. Parking publico a escasos metros.
We stayed for three nights at Antidoto. The location is great for seeing the city. We were met by a staff member so we didn't have to manage the process of entering and obtaining a key. The building is a bit tricky to find. As advertised it is not your typical hotel -- some things to be aware of in case you might be uncomfortable -- there is a clear glass door on the toilet room and no door on the shower room. During our stay, there was a problem with wifi access, but, I believe it was working fine when we left.

I read a reviewer stayed at Room105 and no noise at all. I stay in the same room but it was really noisy so I guessed it depends on your luck who live next door. I was awaken many times in the night. I paid Euro 40 per night, will stay for 4 nights. Hopefully the sleep quailty will improve for the next 3 nights. Besides sleep quailty, the room is really decent, wifi is reliable. Just find one lights too dim and no kettle to boil hot water. Luckily I brought my own hair dryer. Its really walking distance to all attractions, very convenient

Very easy and straightforward to find just off the motorway. Parking is difficult for check in, but they have a secure underground car park once you've done that. To check in we parked at the Dia supermarket which is just across the road. The guy on reception was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean but fairly basic and in need of updating (as is the case with most Spanish hotels). We had a good night's sleep on comfortable bed.The beautiful main square is about 5 minutes walk away. Has many bars around the perimeter which charge moderate prices. The hotel has a restaurant offering 'menu del dia' at 10€. We had breakfast in the hotel bar. Liked best - location, very near a supermarket and there is petrol station almost next door, to help you on your way.

Overall nice Hotel. Great location. Very good breakfast for 8 Euros. Shower door needs repair. No air conditioning because of the winter weather, although the temperatures were in the high 80s. I was in the 1st floor and couldn't open the windows because of the mold and mildew. I caught allergies, so I had to close the window. We were in a sealed hot and humid room. This is a big problem.

The room is ok, a bit small and a little overpriced but acceptable, and clean. The bed is not very comfortable. It's a basic place, but there is air con, wifi and it's clean. The place lacks atmosphere though. The critical issue is the staff - the woman, who is the owner I think, is very difficult if there is a problem. We had a misunderstanding around parking costs. Nothing huge - a matter of 16 Euro. She treated this like the end of the world. She was very disrespectful and offensive. She raised her voice a lot, made xenophobic comments at my expense, and behaved with aggression. In the end we were able to resolve the problem, but not without some very unnecessary tension and offence. For this reason I would avoid this accommodation.
