Cozy Boutique Hotel

The room we had was even nicer than the one pictured for Classic Queen. The shower is very small, but works perfectly; it has good pressure and temp. The electric fireplace was easy to use and didn't haven't any connection problems with tv. The room also has a small ceiling fan and the window can be opened. Staff were available when calling and arriving. The check-in and out process was very easy. Was also able to get some great food recommendations within walking distance. It's a beautiful and convenient place to stay by the beach. It was the perfect place for a quiet couples retreat. Our window faced the nearby road but barely heard the sound of traffic on the weekend. The only reason why I'd hesitate to book for longer than 2 nights is because of the bed. The one in the room felt like it sank towards the center, even in the first night. It was only a two night stay, but both times woke up with soreness. A few morning stretches helped work it out. But I loved that there was salt water taffy left in our room and in the lobby for guests to enjoy.

The Inn at Arch Rock was tucked away from the main road with the best view in Depoe Bay. While the rooms were a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, as all party members were taller than the shower head. But overall, it provided a clean and comfortable room. The views in room 9 were amazing, and the private beach at the bottom of the inn provided great pictures.

Simple perfection

Reviewed By helkster

My husband and I booked this hotel because it looked beautiful, simple, and close to the bay where we were going to be departing from to scatter my father's ashes. We could not have chose a better hotel. It was peaceful, low key, comforting, and sparkling clean! Christie was working the 3 day weekend we were there and she was an outstanding host! She made us aware of all the amenities and raved about the homemade granola (which was amazing!) She had a calming presence about her and added to the wonderful ambiance. I can’t imagine staying anyplace else when we visit Depoe Bay in the future.

Surf & Sand Inn

Ronel, Alex and little Hudson are the proud owners of the Surf & Sand Inn. Originally from South Africa (Ronel) and France (Alex) we met in California and soon after getting married, little Hudson was born. Wanting to enjoy every single moment of life we decided to relocate our family and was fortunate to find this Inn, located in the heart of the Oregon coast in Tillamook County’s beach community of Pacific City. The Inn (formerly known as The Inn at Pacific City) has a rich history, the building dates back to 1906 and for many years served as the headquarters of the Coast Guard. For the past 22 years the Inn was ran by Doug & Patti Olsen who established a reputation for value and customer satisfaction. With our background in hospitality we are excited to continue to build on this tradition. Our 15 unit motor lodge is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, dining, the famous Nestucca River and ample outdoor activities. We have lots of extra parking for RV’s and boats and offer bicycle storage facilities. Driving distance from Portland, Salem and the Willamite Valley this beautiful part of the State offers something special for everyone. We hope to welcome you soon and don’t hesitate to contact us with questions or for special pricing; we are at your service! Life is too short to be lived outside of Pacific City!!!

A friend and I stayed one night in the Otter room. We couldn’t believe the cleanliness of this place! It’s obviously well cared for, as are the lucky guests. Martha made sure we knew how best to arrive from Portland. She provided a basket breakfast and kindly answered all our questions. The morning misty view off the deck combined with bird life and kayakers were a wonderful welcome for our first night in Oregon. We dined at the Sand Dollar cafe in nearby Rockaway Beach. Many restaurants were closed on Monday’s so plan ahead if arriving at dinner time.

This should be on your list

Reviewed By billk2345678

This reasonably priced Inn is well maintained and conveniently located. Be careful crossing the street. Things are older, or ricketier, or not as fancy, but it is all working and clean and comfortable. Our room was large. We were in the back and it was quiet. I can't speak to the rooms in front. You need to carry your bags up stairs if your room is indeed upstairs. Parking is right there.
