I got the jungle-beach-bungalow Bongo Bongo, which is absolutely fantastic with my own elephant in the bedroom among loads of other decorations. Then the zebra-bathroom!!! The sunsets from the porch. The Amazing rest of the resort with all the fantasy-rooms and buildings. WOW! The restaurant and the MENU - best in the Phillipines, I gained a few pounds here. Thank You Kathy, Karl, Anette and staff, Salamat po!! PS. and thanks Kathy for the Cardamom, the Glögg is brewing :-))

A Wonderful Find and Stay
Reviewed By Tony OI could not find any other word to describe 11th Street B&B but wonderful. Employees including their security guards are friendly and always ready to help. The wait staff are so nice that makes having breakfast which is included with the room rate very pleasant. Food is simple but well prepared by their good cooks. You can eat your meal with convenience and in peace just outside your room. WIFI is excellent and fast. No hotel in the Philippines can beat the WIFI service of this place. The whole place has a very homey ambience and very unpretentious. Employees make you feel at home at 11th Pension House. Nice plants add to a more relaxed feel. The whole place don't look like a pension or a hotel. My room is clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Housekeeping is always available. Taxi is available. Public transportations are found in Lacson St. Eateries are not a problem. They have their own good laundry service. Seniors are warmly welcome. Pension has 2 floors. No lift but employees are ready to help. I was really amazed with the place and all employees. I will surely stay again at 11th St B&B when I go back to Bacolod. I will look no farther anymore.

Reviewed By G2KpaulyI ended up staying here 3 nights as wanted good wifi and hot and cold water free. Well that made it a nice stay and it's not a bad location just dark streets at night so watch your back. It was clean enough except acouple of bugs I found. I'd stay again when back in Bacolod.

Reviewed By janelleirishleyvaWe stayed for 2 weeks in GT Hotel because our hometown was affected by Odette and there was no electricity, everything was very good until the last hours of our stay where we were forced to check out eventhough we have scheduled a PAID extended stay. We were advised that someone will occupy the room. What infuriated me most was I wasn't told earlier by Wella the front desk officer at that time who even saw us went out of the hotel 2 hours before the check out, that they confirmed a booking though we already talked a night before that we are extending and paying for an extension of 2-3 hours. She called me to confirm our check out and I told her of our expected checkout as agreed the night before but I was told that we have to vacate the room at 2pm because someone will arrive to check in. They made it sound that there were no other family rooms other than ours than can be occupied even though the hotel was not really fully booked. We totally love the service of the other staff but this one incident made a huge negative impression to us. GT Hotel became our home for that two-week stay in the typhoon devastated province. Just so disappointed how were treated.

Reviewed By lijeestrellanesSo it's quite some years since I logged in to my account so I forgot to take a lot if pictures of the place but it was good the problem though is the stairs its so tiring to walk up and down but overall great customer service and cheerful staffs and very helpful esp "small boy" nickname of one of their staff. He carried all our luggage from the parking lot up to our room. So to sum it all up Pros: Privacy is best (we stayed on their most expensive room) "whale shark“ Great staff Safe parking space Good food Good attitude of the owner himself he gave as a discount because we upgraded our room due to the distance of our first room to their amenities Cons: Not recommended for elderly due to the terrain of the place Limited Tv channels Limited wifi (they have a technical issue at the time of our visit) Have some sharp rocks on the beach area but its natural you can't do anything about it Can't bring outside food

The level of service and hospitality never ceases to amaze me,this resort will always have both of my thumbs up high. The owners namely Doug and Maria always go above and beyond in making sure that the stay will be as memorable and exciting as ever. I really appreciate the excellent quality of service provided by their staffs as well. I highly recommend this resort for everyone who likes to seek fun and adventure. They are truly true to their words in having to say that you arrived as a guest and you'll leave as a family. Until next time...

The Second Visit
Reviewed By Randy YI said before that I would be back and here I am on the same business trip. Nothing much has changed. The room is neat and clean. But the signal for mobile phone goes to zero. I did not receive an important message while we were inside the room. They need to make an improvement on that. Also I noticed no one is there to assist you at night. Not a good experience though. Planning to stay here on my next business trip? The answer is a big MAYBE......
