Reviewed By ErikelmeWe stayed here for one night when climbing Adam’s Peak. The view from the restaurant is fantastic and the rooms are just fine. We asked for new sheets because ours had stains on them, and they changed them immediately. There were no ants or similar insects as there have been in many other hotels rooms we have stayed at in Sri Lanka. What made us write this positive review though, was the professionalism during check in and check out. A manager showed us the bill from the restaurant so we could double check ourselves. We paid by card and I inserted the card in the machine myself and clicked my pin code. We even got a receipt and a bank note! Normally in Sri Lanka they just take the credit card out of your hand and go somewhere in the back.

Reviewed By lisaistcoolAmazing stay! It has a great location for hiking up the Adams Peak. The view was incredible and the food was sooooo good. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they booked us tickets for the train for the next day and connected me to an English couple because they didn’t want me to go up the Adams Peak alone (I was very grateful for that!). Staying here is worth it!

I wanted relatively healthy and tasty options and I was totally satisfied with the vegetable soup and grilled chicken and veggies with a toasted garlic touch. No greasy fried dishes or tasteless broth! This was my only really good satisfying meal in the region. And all served with a smile. Thank you ?

Reviewed By rakann2020What an amazing place, the location is great 5 mins away from the entrance of Adam's Peak. It's very quit and very clean. The family are great with beautiful vibes and the food they serve is one of the best I've tried in Sri lanka, where also their vegetables are from their garden. I highly recommend this place.

The Green View Guest Inn is located just five minutes walk from Adam's Peak in the friendly village of Delhousie. Each room is en suite with an excellent view with delicious home-cooked food just across the street. We offer laundry service and have free Wifi. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy and we welcome anyone and everyone!

The lady running the place was really kind and friendly and she cooked a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. We also enjoyed her curry and rice, however forgot to ask the price until after and it was 1300rupees for two, which was quite steep compared to other restaurants. The room is good for the price you pay! Would prefer a duvet cover/sheet as not sure how often the furry blanket provided would have been washed. Would recommend

Reviewed By aidanb512Amazing food, great location and very welcoming owners; I can not recommend Water Side Residence enough! After not being able to travel down on the day we we’re supposed to checkin due to flooding, the owners were very flexible and allowed us to move our check in back a day. When we arrived we were greeted with tea picked from the surrounding before checking into our room. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. Location is perfect for hiking Adam’s peak. As we were doing the hike at sunrise, the owner was able to provide us with torches for the dark. Possible the best part of it all was the food! We ate dinner and breakfast here and it was delicious. For dinner we had an mix of Sri Lankan veg and chicken curry. It was absolutely amazing and they kept serving us until we couldn’t eat any more! Definitely stay here if you are in the area!

Семья дружелюбная и радушная. Здесь вас вкусно накормят традиционными блюдами, подскажут когда и как лучше восходить на вершину. В номерах достаточно места, есть своя душевая с тёплой водой, полотенцами и другими принадлежностями. С балкона открывается красивейший вид, поют птицы, а воздух чистый и свежий.
