Reviewed By calgary-wonderboyI travel a lot and this hotel had by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You don't expect much from a 2-star hotel but the rudeness and unhelpfulness of the staff was something to behold. Avoid this hotel at all cost. I promise, it's not worth it.

Reviewed By W1734VHphilipbStayed here recently for 5 days and everything was great. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures. We loved the large space and full-sized kitchen with dining table, including full sized refrigerator. There was plenty of space for clothes including a walk-in closet. Two nice sized TVs with HD cable. Easy/quick drive to Hard Rock Stadium. They have some “rules” you must follow, but they were all very reasonable (e.g. quiet time in the late night/early morning). Absolutely fine with those. They also require a $150 deposit, but I received that back immediately after check out, no problem. It didn’t seem like they had many parking spaces, but we had no trouble parking any night. So, it must be enough. Also, no daily housekeeping, but we knew that coming in. Lastly, they don’t have 24/7 service in the office. Our flight landed late so we were not able to check-in normally, but the staff easily explained how we would be able to enter the room (very simple process) and checked in the next morning. The place wasn’t spotless and some of the furniture was dated, but overall the stay was fine, and I’d stay there again. If you’re expecting the Ritz and to be pampered every five seconds, this isn’t the place for you, but if you want a very affordable apartment type feeling with clean, large rooms, full kitchen, and a pleasant atmosphere, stay here.

Reviewed By JJFergieWe stayed in room B4 which backs onto the Taco Bar, and the music is played loud until 11pm. When we tried to change rooms they didn't have any available. I was with my kids 6&8 and we didn't much sleep, and the windows and walls are paper thin so we could sleep in. The hotel does NOT look like pictures, it is very run down, it is however very close to the beach.

Reviewed By 389mskStayed here recently and never again! I've traveled all over the United States and in 50 years have never stayed in a place that made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. The front desk Manager was so rude when we asked for an extra parking spot when we had 3 rooms rented and 3 cars even though we spoke with other guests that had 1 room and 2 cars; she told us we had an attitude for asking. It's right next to public racquetball courts so you hear the loud banging from the balls dusk to dawn. Plus it's in a sketchy area so we didn't feel very safe. The list of rules you have to follow in order to not get charged a $250 security deposit was unbelievable. Ask them to send you a copy before you book! There's lots of other options in Hollywood Beach so I'd pass on this one!

Tampered with Lock- Very unsafe, non functioning digital key-less code, no WiFi access, dirty, zero help/service, the nice pictures must be years old. AND they have not refunded the money. Pictured is busted door lock that has obviously been broken into. There has been zero response to phone calls or emails. DO NOT BOOK HERE

Reviewed By K9972EHemilypWe Booked a room and were to arrive today. We received an email this morning saying they canceled our room. After many attempts to reach them and hang ups after 25 mins of being on hold we never got a room. After flying across the county we had to stay in a dump in an unsafe neighborhood. They had terrible customer service, were rude and very unhelpful. It was a terrible way to start a vacation.

Reviewed By 728sarivWe checked in, Tyler, Karen and Maria were all at the front desk. They were all so inviting and accommodating. Customer service was fantastic and smooth. The rooms were clean and literally 10 secs away from Hollywood boardwalk. Will definitely book this hotel again. Excellent price and location!
