Reviewed By MC812_21We had a wonderful stay in Lee Boutique Hotel. The room that we got in was a 2 bedroom suite with sala, small dining area and 2 rest rooms which is almost comparable to rooms in 4 to 5 star hotel. Room ambiance was so good, our kids even preferred to eat meals inside the room instead of dining out. The beddings are so soft, smooth and smells good that we're able to sleep comfortably. Its just an overnight stay and we can say that we've got the relaxation that we wanted. Thank you Lee Boutique staff for nice accomodation. We will surely consider going back to this hotel on our next visit.

Reviewed By pblejanoI don’t know how many stars this hotel is rated but it’s by far one of the best value-for-money hotels in Tagaytay. You’d expect prices to go up for Christmas and during this lockdown because hotels would want to recover quickly but not this one. Their packages are so reasonable - full room and board. The food is very good and not mediocre at all. Even if it’s plated, they didn’t skimp on the serving nor the plating. The pizzas are sumptuous! The crust is super good. They make their own bread/dough. There’s a variety of selection in the menu. The rooms are very clean. We stayed at the villa. It’s a loft with a queen bed and a foldable sofa bed and a single bed. There’s a small dining table and a receiving area with tv. Great for families. Bathroom area is big too and has two sinks. The shower and the toilet are separate from each other so there’s need to be crowded. A hotel with a bidet always gets plus points! We’ve stayed here a number of times before. The other rooms are good for 2 people only. The hotel is pet-friendly too! Staff are very polite and helpful. I also commend them for following IATF guidelines in not allowing kids below 15 and seniors over 65. Just a few things that may be improved on - a small fridge in the rooms, longer kitchen/restaurant hours, some form of communications device from room to front desk, etc., heated pool (it was too cold to swim). In sum, though, this is a good place to stay at to relax.

Reviewed By marloray2019Pros: Nestled in a quiet, sleepy, picturesque pine tree forest inside Crosswinds Estate. Perfect for photo shoots/ selfies. Cool breeze all day long. Hotel allows food bought from outside minus corkage. Plenty of parking spaces. Hotel staff are corteous, helpful, gives prompt service, presentable. Frontdesk is responsive (via Viber). Wifi/internet access is good and consistent. Room has flat TV with cable channels. There is a veranda that overlooks the pine forest (very nice). Perimeter is secured with 24 hour guard. Cons: Waited almost an hour for check in. The family room we stayed in is spacious but old, very outdated with problems like broken shower, leaking ref. Microwave is working but cord is so short it does not reach the outlet. Room lighting is inadequate. The hallway to our room is creepy. The whole building is creepier. Far from restaurants. You have to call for food delivery which sometimes does not arrive on time. Breakfast is overpriced and spartan. Tap water not drinkable, you have to buy safe water from hotel (at 200 php for 6 liters) if compli 2 bottles water runs out. Nearby attraction Santa Village is under renov when we arrived. Water from A/C from our neigbour one floor up is dripping to our veranda. Not able to enjoy other attractions like pool area due to lack of time.

Staff are kind and accomodating. I recomment this place to people who wants to have a wonderful stay and relax in tagaytay. I am sure that I will be returning to F8 bed & breakfast ❤

Reviewed By 808IslanderI stayed at Cool Martin after an evening flight into Manila. The grab driver had difficulty finding the place as it is tucked away in a residential area. I could tell it was an older place when I walked in. It was alright as far as comfort. I was hungry but there was nothing around for food. I had to order grab delivery. Then I saw a sign on the door that stated "penalty of 1 night accomodation added to the bill for eating in the room". I had to go outside of my room to eat. My room was on the first floor and there was little privacy as the window opened to the area with tables and chairs where people hang around. Then I saw there was nothing to lock the window and one could gain access to the room by pushing the window open. I booked a 3 night stay but decided this wasn't the palce I wanted top be. I spoke to the owner (or family member) the next morning and explained my dissatisfaction. She was very nice and explained the sign about food in the room was meant for smelly foods and that I could have eaten McDonalds in the room if I asked (the sign didn't make that clear). She also said the window doesn't have to lock because my room is near front desk where they could see if anyone attempted to get in from the window. I told her I wanted to find another hotel and she agreed to allow refund of my remaining 2 nights via Hotels.com.

Can use the public transport which is available at all times. I have two villas delux is 2 bed room and and 2 bath rooms. Luxury villa has 3 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms which includes hot water and free WiFi.

Reviewed By Peterd001Stayed there in November, we were a group so I think we ended up with most of the rooms. Very reasonable rates rooms were large, had a roof top we could use to socialise. Compared to other places in Tagaytay excellent value, breakfast was basic but couldn't complain based on what we paid. Will definitely stay there again if we return.

Great Location, Not Great Stay
Reviewed By adiebcuaThis is no doubt a good location for a hotel in Tagaytay. Too bad the hotel itself wasn't that great. Although the staff was friendly and hospitable, there were few things why it is disappointing to stay here: 1. Rooms have no view. 2. Very slow internet and no phone signal inside the room. 3. Utensils were all disposable which made it very hard to eat and drink hot coffee. 4. Some lights were not working. 5. The only thing that made it didn't feel like a motel is a free breakfast.

Reviewed By catherinetQ2459LKWe stayed Jan 12 to 13, 2020- The front officer (Michael) is very accommodating and really friendly. The Inn is great with beautiful flowers. The room given to us is spacious and clean. Very simple yet comfortable and relaxing. Sadly, the eruption of Mt. Taal happened during our stay, it is scary but we decided to stay because we're more scared to travel and risk our safety. Their is no electricity but the good thing is there's water, emergency lights and the room is still cold. We feel safe and michael always attends to our needs whenever we ask for help. So it's still a good stay. I rate four stars for the Location & accommodation. I rate five stars for the service of Michael Suggestion: I hope they have a generator in case of brownouts.
