Reviewed By schatz_11Not our hotel of choice we were moved by jet2 from a hotel in palma nova.on arrival room not ready but we we were spoiled rotten by Ali with glasses of carva and attention,room fantastic, staff fantastic, pool areas amazing with free pool bath sheets everyday drinks were also very good with international brands available.....however the food was awful. Breakfast not to bad lunch and evening meal terrible, food cold ,trays not refilled and when they were it was still cold, cooking fish and meat on same griddle some not cooked through properly only a third of the hotel ready,one bar which serves inside and out one restaurant staff were run off their feet. Not saying do not go as lots of pluses but they serio6need to up the ante and employ more staff.

Hotel falls under the 3 drink rule so we went full boad what a wast that was, breakfast OK lunch & dinner were deafull the cheapest cut of pork & tiny chicken wings every single day very very poor choice no cheese or hams to even make a salad, there was water with lunch & dinner for 7days of my holiday on day 8 the water had gone you have to pay for water with your meal I complained & all they said was what room are you in very intimidating as if don't like it leave. So had to eat out a lot. The bar is over priced one euro deposit for a plastic cup €2.50 for a small beer €2 for a pint outside hotel €7.50 for vodka & cola. I will be back to magaluf very soon but not back to samos the hotel has changed & not for the better.

Reviewed By B1944PArichardkArrived at 12 noon. Allocated one of two rooms booked which was fine as we were early. Decided to eat in Casa Nostra hotel restaurant and ordered four meals and a jug of Sangria. After 25 minutes no food or drink arrived. I spoke with a second member of staff as our original server was busy showing her friend photographs on her phone. When I questioned where our food and drinks were he asked if I was sure I had ordered! Anyway five minutes later our Sangria arrived. Twenty minutes later still no food so then went to find the manager who very dismissively couldn’t explain what had happened but did find our order and amongst other rude arrogant and dismissive comments asked ‘do you want the food or not’. Suffice to say we said no and left. Will not be eating in the hotel restaurants from now on if this attitude is indicative of management. Sadly for us this has spoiled the weekend as there are very few nice restaurants nearby but at least the staff are nice appreciates the business.

Reviewed By davekY199KMFollowing a section of a review review that I have read today regarding sun beds around the pool I felt I had to say something as what they have said is very misleading. There are plenty of normal sun lounges around the pool me and my girlfriend stayed for a week and never had an issue. The beds in question that come with with a charge and offer drinks packages are not your average sun lounger. One set of beds by the pool are four poster beds with curtains on the sides and roof for shade and privacy if need be. The second set of beds is on a private decking areas raised around the pool and featured a retractable sun roof for shade abs your own umbrella. (Both of these beds where extremely comfortable) I also might add that a set of 6 of these beds where on the roof sitting right next to the infinity pool that boasts incredible views. The beds where fort euro for the whole day and then more of you wanted drinks on top and that’s between two people. If a hotel doesn’t charge for beds like these then you would never get the opportunity to experience this type of comfort and privacy around a hotel pool. The outdoor area has got a swimming pool, sun terrace with loungers and parasols and a poolside bar. Minimum age 16 years Meals: All meals in buffet form. Lodging: The rooms are equipped with shower / WC, air conditioning / heating, wireless internet, mini fridge, safe (extra charge), telephone, satellite TV, balcony and sea view. Junior suites are larger with the same features and in addition have a hair dryer, bathrobe, minibar and seating area. Double rooms and Junior Suites Superior have additionally with 2 chairs on the balcony. Sport and wellness Included: Indoor pool (for colder months), Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, fitness room and table tennis. Extra charge: table tennis, billiards, bike rental, massages and treatments.

Reviewed By KannootThe place was perfect. The room was a good size with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The setting was stunning. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We only stayed for 4 nights so we didn’t explore the local area. However, we were completely happy staying at the hotel and relaxing the whole time.

The hotel was booked from May 28 to May 31 on Booking with the option to pay upon arrival at the hotel, our plane was late, we arrived at the hotel at 00-30 on May 29. The receptionist Antonio Vives said that our reservation through Booking was not in the hotel system, but our room reservation was listed on a printed paper list that was on his desk. He put our passports aside and began to deal with the other arrivals. To our question what happened and what to do in this case, he answered - I DON'T KNOW. We asked him to call the manager, Antonio Vives pretended to call somewhere, then we ourselves asked for the manager's phone number. Antonio Vives gave a number on a piece of paper, we called, but no one answered us. Not surprisingly, the clock was 01-30 at night. We approached him several times with the question of what can be done, the answer was unequivocal - I DON'T KNOW, I can't deal with you, other clients are waiting for me!!! I suggested - give us a room, we have arrived, we will pay right now, Antonio Vives' answer - WE DO NOT HAVE AVAILABLE ROOMS !!!! At the request to somehow solve this situation on the part of the receptionist, a complete ignore, he mocked us. At 02-00 at night, something switched in Antonio Vives's head, he condescended to us, took our passports, threw the keys to the room in our face, go sleep until the morning. In the morning, another employee began to tell us stories that someone had accidentally deleted our reserve from the hotel system. NO ONE APOLOGIZED to us, no compensation was offered, in addition, we were forced to pay for the room in CASH, the full amount, including the night we spent at the reception. The food is tasteless, monotonous, the room, especially the bathroom, is dirty.

During the day you can decide on being next to the pool or on the beach which is just seconds away! We stayed half board plus (which included drinks with dinner) food was very good with lots of options. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. Good for couples and families but if you fancy a night out Magaluf was only a 15 minute walk away! We did cave trip which I recommend and a day in Palma ( about 30 minutes on bus, about 4 euro return)

Reviewed By 885riobWe arrived on Monday, lovely welcome from reception. Our room was not ready but we put our bags in the baggage room and got changed and was allowed to use the facilities right away and our room was ready within the hour. Lovely and clean room and facilities at all times. Good entertainment throughout the day for all ages, children under 4 must be accompanied for kids club and some activities like shirt painting were an additional fee. All the children including my daughter have loved the mini disco which has been on each night. The entertainment team work so hard through the day and night and are a wonderful asset to the hotel. Good food selection, not much for children other than the snack bar which is made to order and is a long queue and long wait time (30 minutes plus). We used the hotel pool with a small floating ring for my daughter who is accompanied at all times but on the 4th day was told by a new life guard this was not allowed meaning all the children had to stay in the baby pool which is far to shallow and if on holiday as a family means you can't all go in the pool together. When I spoke to reception about this I was informed floats were not allowed in the hotel and we needed to go to the beach. Even thoughwe have paid a lot of money for an all inclusive service.The life guard then put all children in the small pool even though Children had been allowed the first half of the week making the children pool over crowded which my daughter did not like and this isn't even during the school holidays. Adult only indoor pool had children in all day. The young male life guard ignored us when speaking to him and was very rude. Bar staff and restaurant staff were lovely and always helpful and accommodating and milk was provided when asked upon in the room with water replenished every day with lovely views. Overall a lovely hotel slightly over priced compared to previous more enjoyable family holidays.

The room was great, spacious and was kept very clean however one day on returning to the room the cleaner had not shut the door properly when she had left, so my room had not been locked all day which I was not happy about. There was an issue with the electricity in my room - the maintenance man had to come twice in one day to sort this out. Breakfast was ok, lots of choice but quality wasn’t great. The restaurant was crowded and hard to get a table at times. Same with the pool - people putting towels down early despite being told not to which made it hard to get a sun bed so we went to the beach instead. Overall I would visit again but not in peak season.
