Food was excellent. We had beef steak tacos and brisket tacos, along with rice and baracho beans. Both tacos were excellent, but I preferred the steak tacos. I like that I can select exactly the toppings I want on my taco, with several choices of salsa and pico de gallo. I'd eat here again. We went late one evening, and every table in the back room needed to be cleared from previous patrons. Other than that, it was a great visit.

The Sonic was clean and has easy access. The service was fast and the order prepared correctly. No issues here that I saw. It is located just outside of Loop 1604 and Bandera Road before you get into the Helotes community. They do have an outside seating area as well.

Arrived shortly after 5pm on a Friday and there was a significant amount of people waiting and we were told the wait to be seated was 20-25 minutes and that was pretty accurate.Brianne was our server and she was very friendly and attentive.I ordered the pulled pork dinner and since I placed my order prior to 6pm, it was $1 off.Very good pulled pork along with two sides. Huge portion of pulled pork!There are numerous entrées that are discounted if ordered prior to 6pm. Entrée with two sides - great deal!Hubby ordered the rib eye steak and said it was had good taste, but it was a thin cut of meat and would of preferred something a bit thicker.Happy hour margaritas were very good and $1 off prior to 6pm.VERY LOUD and NOISY atmosphere which made it difficult to hear our own conversation!Upon departing around 630pm, the waiting crowd was huge!

I have not been to any McDonald's recently but decided to stop here for a quick stop.There were plenty of workers but only one that was taking orders and he was very slow and even though only a few people in line. Took way too long to order and then when I did he was not friendly and seemed put out. When he went to get the apple snacks he dropped the pack on the floor and then picked it up and tossed it back in the cooler. I also ordered an oatmeal raisin cookie and then he came back and told me they had to make them and that would be about 4 min. but I could get another kind. I got a sugar cookie instead and it was not appetizing at all. While I was waiting on my small order (apples, cookie, 2 drinks), which took forever, another employee walked over to get a cup and lid at his face level and proceeded to cough over the cups and lids without turning his head or covering his mouth. At this point, I was glad I hadn't ordered more and was just ready to leave. As I mentioned, there were lots of workers but no one seemed to interested in getting the line moving or orders filled promptly. Once I got my order, as I was walking to a booth, I slipped on something greasy on the floor and almost went down but caught myself on the booth edge. It will be years again I assume before I go into McDonald's. It is ashamed as this location is unique in that they have TX shaped tables as well as booths so plenty of seating and also a big play area but that was all I was impressed with. The staff and food left a lot to be desired in my opinion:(

I reviewed this restaurant almost a year ago when it had excellent service. Unfortunately, things have drastically changed since a very young manager named Lucas has been running the restaurant. He is VERY unprofessional and treats customers horrible! I have encountered his attitude on several occasions when trying to order food. I have dietary allergies and he REFUSES to be kind or supply the nutritional information of the food I was inquiring about. He said that it wasn't HIS job and to look it up on my phone on their website. Discouraged during this last visit, I walked away and he and his "staff" mocked me as I was leaving. They were laughing and point even as I was getting in my vehicle. I will NEVER dine at this location ever again. No customer deserves to be treated poorly due to food sensitivity issues! Shame on them ... shame on you, LUCAS!
