Staff was so helpful; from the hotel porters, the docents at the attractions, to the wait staff at The Cafe, where the ongoing joke about Sophia Loren was so much fun! Reviewed By 236kathykI was shocked after checking in when we were looking for the elevator & were told there was none. We were traveling through & had to carry a car load of luggage upstairs after driving all day. I looked on the website & could not find a place where no elevator was listed. We did see a maintenance room which appeared to be the size of an elevator entry so perhaps it broke & they had it removed.

Easy to find. Breakfast was basic waffle maker and scrambled eggs but was early enough for us and did the job. Price was right.

Reviewed By shhhastaNice hotel. Staff are pleasant and doing what they are told. Breakfast was satisfactory and filling. The pool was not open. Biggest concern was I stayed nine nights and they only serviced my room twice. I had to take my towels and/or bed sheets down to get clean ones. No extra toiletries. I was not prepared , so bring you own.

Great rate, About half an hour walk to restaurants
Reviewed By liltravlrI stayed here as part of a dance conference so got a very affordable room, $125 a night. As is typical with conference hotels, they are out in the middle of nowhere. It was very hot but I walked about half an hour to an hour to a mall, McDonald’s, and a couple of restaurants. The walk is not very pretty, next to the highway, but I could have taken an Uber for about $10 probably. The hotel itself is quite large, internal hallways but actually pretty quiet. Nice pool, although they ran out of towels for our group. I did not use the hotel food services but they were plentiful with the in room coffee and were kind enough to give me a fridge and microwave because I had to bring my own food as a celiac. Staff was accommodating and it had a nice gym.

The outside was dirty trash and cigarette butt everywhere the smell was awful will not recommend this hotel to anybody it’s a good location it’s just needs a lot of cleaning we also had a shirtless man knocking on our door which we didn’t open cuz my kids were so scare.

Reviewed By shani881Maintenance man was watching tv in one of my rooms upon entry. Beer cans in hallway. Carpet, bathroom and curtains had stains. Make sure you check out within 10 mins of check in and don’t wash your hands because they will keep your money. I checked out 30 mins later and was told I couldn’t get a refund. I still left. This hotel is not a 3 star hotel as advertised. Oh and it a hole in the ceiling of the lobby area. The manager refused to address our concerns over the phone. Apparently she only works 9am-2pm!
