Very cosy and stylish hotel in the historic city centre of Telde
Reviewed By treestructurewe stayed at the hotel for seven days and had a very nice experience. The room is equiped well and the design and flair of the hotel is quite unique. The breakfast is served in a small hall at a big table. The surrounding of the hotel is the historic center of telde. There are several restraurants and the beautiful area San Francisco just in a short distance. It was very clean and quiet. We would recommend it to every traveler who is looking for a stylish boutique hotel. There is also a terrace on the roof and a small saltwater pool where you can relax after a day of sightseeing.

Reviewed By Smarttraveller123456The hostel is located in a central area of Telde, near the Global bus stop with which you can reach any part of the island. Rita was a wonderful host! He kindly showed me the area and it was immensely sweet and generous! I was thankful for a place to stay, so cute clean and tidy. Recommended !!!

The Cortijo San Ignacio is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy life while visiting Las Palmas. It's wonderful pool, and beautiful shaded patio invite you to relax after visiting the island. Breakfast and dinner in the wonderful dining room transfer you to another era. The rooms have a confortable size and are nicely decorated with all types of amenities. The service is excellent. Fin de semana en familia
Reviewed By Borja BLlegamos a este lugar para pasar el fin de semana, por el triatlon de salinetas, nos recibieron y enseñaron las habitaciones y la cocina compartida junto con nuestra sitio de nevera, ya que es un hospedaje fuera de lo común. Teníamos 2 habitaciones para 4 personas, habitaciones cómodas y amplias, muchas hormigas pero lo normal en el campo... El agua cuesta que salga caliente pero en verano no es problema. Tras el finde todos acabamos muy contentos en cuanto a la habitación, la atención y lugar del alojamiento que esta a 1 metro de la playa.

Tranquilidad absoluta
Reviewed By LorencinSi lo que buscas es un lugar en el que desconectar y relajarte, esta finca es ideal. La casa es muy acogedora, el entorno totalmente tranquilo, no se escucha ni un ruido. Cuenta con una zona al aire libre donde comer o cenar en pareja. No nos pusieron ninguna pega para hacer el check-in a primera hora ni el check-out más tarde. Volveremos.

Reviewed By daviniagmmEste establecimiento lleva CERRADO desde el año 2000, me encantaría saber cómo es posible que el señor que comenta se haya alojado en junio del 1016... Si dispone de una máquina del tiempo, me gustaría saber si la alquila. Si es un perfil falso o alguien que se dedica a difamar negocios ajenos, también me gustaría que los organizadores de la app tomaran cartas en el asunto, puesto que la aplicación ayuda al usuario a tomar la mejor elección y, en estos casos, está siendo ENGAÑADO deliberadamente. ¡Gracias!

Bad service and lack of maintenance
Reviewed By Bas BWe (family of four) spent 2 weeks at the independent villa (2 bedrooms), located about 100 meter away from the main villa and the pool. It looked like a caretaker's house, not really suitable as a holiday place. The "tranquil" location was unfortunately not that tranquil after all. The villa is located just 20 meters away from a restaurant organising parties and weddings at weekends (Fridays and Saturdays). The life music was on till 3 am and we were not able to get a good night sleep even with the windows closed. The general maintenance of the house was poor, just to mention a broken down toilet, doors that wouldn't close etc. The pool area was dirty and the pool badly maintained, as all our white swimwear became yellow after swimming in the cloudy water. At arrival we were welcomed by the owners, unfortunately, they left after a day and we never saw them again. The caretaker, living with his family at the main house, was mostly unavailable, slow in resolving the numerous complaints and never asked whether everything was ok. Our house was never cleaned in those two weeks, they only changed the towels every 2-3- days. The owner was only available by whatsapp, but showing no interest in asking whether things were fine. All in all, not worth the money.

AVOID - False misleading pictures!!
Reviewed By foziak131Where to start!! Firstly this listing is the most misleading advertisement of a place I have EVER come across. And let me also add that I have never felt obliged to leave a negative review before, I am mostly very easy going but this is so bad and so false that I feel I have a duty to warn others. On arrival, we were shocked that there were multiple drug users outside the building and the street seems to be where they congregate. As its just a key code to get in, it feels so unsafe and uncomfortable. The apartment itself is much more claustrophobic than the marketing pictures have stretched out to look like. Its more like student accommodation and not somewhere where you can enjoy hanging out. The facilities are all a hassle, there is no simple kettle, the microwave oven is so difficult to use, the plugs dont fit in the socket so even charging your phone is difficult. They advertise this place as sound proof -this is false. You can hear your neighbor flushing the toilet, you can hear the drug users outside, and you can hear the construction right outside the flat which starts at 6am. The construction is a huge factor. The pictures they have is SO misleading. There is no pretty beach view (please see my pictures for the reality). Just derelict buildings and construction work, there is NO promenade to enjoy. It is all so false. I stayed one night and contacted the management to request a refund for the remaining nights. Rather than understanding that they are misleading people, they replied with sarcastic and patronizing responses, awful customer service. Their response was that this was the first time they've heard of this - utterly ridiculous because when I searched for other negative reviews (Which I should have done before making this mistake) you can see other people have also complained about the small space, noise and the drugs. Please do some research before making a terrible mistake in booking this place and ruining your holiday!!
